★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schade das die Volksbank nichts auf Neukunden wert legt. Ich gebe einen Stern jetzt weil die Damen sehr ungut und unhöflich sind in der Telefonzentrale. Es geht einer Telefonistin nichts an welche Firmenkontos ich machen will welche privatkontos etc
Mir wurde ein telefonisches Gespräch mit einem Berater von Bruck an der Leitha verweigert.
Somit freut sich eine andere Bank. :)
It's a shame that the Volksbank doesn't value new customers. I am giving a star now because the ladies in the switchboard are very bad and rude. A switchboard operator does not care which company accounts I want to make, which private accounts etc.
I was refused a telephone conversation with an advisor from Bruck an der Leitha.
So another bank is happy. :)
