★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schöne Mode aber leider ganz, ganz schlechte Qualität der Dienstleistung was bei dem angebotenen Preisniveau nicht akzeptabel ist. Das (kostenfreie) Kürzen einer Jean hat man zwischenzeitlich innerhalb von mehr als zwei Wochen nicht hinbekommen. Hosenbeine unterschiedlich lang gekürzt. Nach Reklamation erhielt ich nach einer Woche die Hose ohne jegliche Veränderung (noch immer mit unterschiedlich langen Hosenbeinen) wieder retour!! Dafür jedes mal wieder in die Altstadt! Bin gespannt wie und wann dieses Ärgernis ein Ende hat. Hab mich noch nie so sehr über den Kauf einer Jean geärgert.
Nice fashion but unfortunately very, very poor quality of service, which is not acceptable at the price level offered. The (free) shortening of a jean has meanwhile not been able to do it within more than two weeks. Trouser legs shortened in different lengths. After a complaint, I received the trousers back after a week without any changes (still with trouser legs of different lengths)! But every time back to the old town! I'm curious how and when this annoyance will end. I've never been so annoyed about buying a pair of jeans.

Super weiche, angenehme Stoffe, die sehr angenehm zu tragen sind. Absolut empfehlenswert für jemanden, der auf italienische Qualität steht.
Great store, with a fantastic store manager who gave us phenomenal advice and service. We could have bought the whole shop empty;). Super soft, comfortable fabrics that are very comfortable to wear. Highly recommended for someone who likes Italian quality.
