Sie hat sich ständig im Ton vergriffen, und das gleich dreimal hintereinander. Ich werde jetzt erstmals nach vielen Jahren die Ordination wechseln. Unfortunately, I have to say that I was not at all satisfied with the treatment by the receptionist. She was always wrong in the tone, and three times in a row. I will now change ordination for the first time in many years.

Das fängt schon bei der Terminvereinbarung am Telefon an und zieht sich wie ein roter Faden durch, bis man die Bilder in der Hand hat und verabschiedet wird. Dass die Räumlichkeiten eine gute Ausstrahlung haben und die Technik auf absolut neuesten Stand ist, wundert einen schon nicht mehr. Very friendly, helpful and competent. It starts with making an appointment on the phone and runs like a red thread until you have the pictures in your hand and are said goodbye. It is no longer surprising that the premises have a good appearance and the technology is absolutely state-of-the-art.
