Die Blutabnahme erfolgt immer ohne Schwierigkeiten. No appointment required. You always get to it very quickly (never had to wait longer than 15 minutes). The staff is very friendly. The blood sample is always taken without difficulty.

Das Labor kann mit dem Andrang nicht mehr fertig werden. Abfertigung ist unkontrolliert und unprofessionell. Terrible, long waiting times, appointments are not given. People have to wait outside the door and in the hallway before they can take a seat in the waiting room. The laboratory can no longer cope with the rush. Handling is uncontrolled and unprofessional.
