Das Ganze wiederholt sich stundenlang und ist eine Zumutung. It is not possible to make an appointment by phone, as after various announcements you are asked to call again later. The whole thing is repeated for hours and is an imposition.

Very friendly and good appointment allocation (although a few weeks waiting for the appointment, but hardly any waiting time on that day and generally few patients there at the same time).

Benötigte eine dringende Ultraschalluntersuchung und habe diese schon für nächsten Tag gleich zu Beginn der Ordinationszeiten bekommen. Wartezeit war maximal 5 Minuten, 20 Minuten nach der Untersuchung den Befund gleich mitbekommen! Erstklassig! Extremely courteous appointment! Needed an urgent ultrasound examination and got it already for the next day right at the beginning of the office hours. Waiting time was a maximum of 5 minutes, 20 minutes after the examination, the findings noticed the same! First class!

Man wartet zwar einige Tage auf einen Termin, das nimmt man aber gerne in Kauf, da man dann vor Ort wirklich rasch drankommt. Keine überfüllten Wartezimmer, keine lange Wartezeiten. Super freundliches Team - von der Anmeldung bis zu den Ärzten! Befundung umgehend durch Dr. Oberzaucher, der nicht nur fachlich absolut kompetent, sondern auch sehr bemüht und engagiert ist. Jederzeit gerne wieder, von mir eine klare Empfehlung! An institute as one could wish for with top support from A - Z! You wait a few days for an appointment, but you are happy to accept that because you can get there really quickly on site. No overcrowded waiting rooms, no long waiting times. Super friendly team - from registration to the doctors! Immediate diagnosis by Dr. Oberzaucher, who is not only technically absolutely competent, but also very hard-working and committed. Anytime again, a clear recommendation from me!
