★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Selbst in der Nebensaison: Nur ein Kinder-E-Bike zum Ausleihen verfügbar, kein einziges in XL. Liegt augenscheinlich am mangelnden Angebot durch Radhaus. Überhaupt hat man den Eindruck, dass man hier eher lästig ist als Kunde und zieht zur Konkurrenz weiter.
Even in the off-season: Only one children's e-bike available to rent, not a single one in XL. Is apparently due to the lack of offer by Radhaus. In general, you get the impression that you are more of a nuisance than a customer and move on to the competition.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir kontaktierten den Radhaus-Shop telefonisch um uns E-Bikes für einen Tag auszuborgen. Ein netter Herr hat uns ausführlich telefonisch beraten und wir konnten die Räder kurzfristig reservieren. Am Freitag um 9:30 war es so weit, wir holten die Räder im Shop ab. Super nettes Service, wir konnten uns auch Helme, ein Schloss und einen Rucksack ausborgen. Die Räder funktionierten wirklich gut! Wir kamen damit über Stock und Stein und super schnell bergauf. Das Umschalten in die verschiedenen Gänge funktionierte reibungslos. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
We contacted the Radhaus-Shop by phone to borrow e-bikes for a day. A nice gentleman gave us detailed advice over the phone and we were able to reserve the bikes at short notice. On Friday at 9:30 the time had come, we picked up the bikes in the shop. Super nice service, we were able to borrow helmets, a lock and a backpack. The bikes worked really well! We came uphill with it over hill and dale and super fast. Switching between the different gears worked smoothly. We would love to come back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Freundlich und kompetent! Obwohl ich peinlicherweise erstmal beim Lieferanteneingang geklingelt habe, hat man mich super behandelt. Der Mitarbeiter hat kostenlos Schrauben an meinem Fahrrad nachgezogen. Er hat mich kompetent beraten zu einer Handyhalterung, die ich dann gekauft habe.
Friendly and competent! Although I embarrassedly rang the doorbell at the delivery entrance, I was treated very well. The employee tightened screws on my bike free of charge. He gave me competent advice on a cell phone holder, which I then bought.
