Ich bin auch freundlich wenn ich in eine Arztpraxis gehe, immerhin will/brauche ich etwas. Also erwarte ich mir zumindest einen angemessenen Ton, zumal die Dame von mir bezahlt wird. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an die anderen beiden Mitarbeiterinnen für ihre Freundlichkeit. The rudest / most outrageous office hour help you can imagine. The patient is treated as a supplicant and trampled on. I'm also friendly when I go to a doctor's office, after all I want / need something. So I expect at least an appropriate tone, especially since the lady is paid by me. A big thank you to the other two employees for their friendliness.
