Sehr kompetent, einfühlsam und bemüht. Danke für die angenehme Erfahrung. After an acute situation on vacation I was able to get an appointment quickly with the doctor - after an email to the ordinations early in the morning, I was called back within 15 minutes. Very competent, sensitive and tried hard. Thanks for the pleasant experience.
