Da das Bike erst 1,5 Jahre alt und ich es auch dort gekauft habe wollte ich die Sache nicht anstehen lassen. Kurzerhand bin ich zu Sport Brucki gefahren und habe mein Problem erläutert. Das E Bike wurde ohne Wartezeit und großartiger Erklärungen oder Rechnungslegung anstandslos repariert. Der Fehler wurde beseitigt und ich konnte das Bike gleich wieder mitnehmen. Dauer der Reparatur 10 Minuten. Top Leistung und Kundenservice vor Ort . I had the feeling that something was loose on my KTM e-bike with the stem or handlebars.
