Einen so hilfsbereiten und offenen Menschen mit einem so unkomplizierten Service hab ich noch nie erlebt. In mir hat er einen neuen Kunden gefunden und ich empfehle die Cycle-Factory nur zu gerne an jeden weiter! I have never written a recession, but that is also a good way to show appreciation in the 21st century. I have never seen such a helpful and open person with such uncomplicated service. He found a new customer in me and I would be happy to recommend the Cycle Factory to everyone!

Der Mitarbeiter, Max Knechtel, hat sich geduldig meinen Fragen gestellt. Sehr profiessionell und vorallem freundlich. Leider heutzutage nicht selbstverständlich. Oft hat man als Kunde das gefühl man sei unerwünscht. Hier nicht! Weiter so! Schade dass ich dort nichts kaufen konnte.. hätte ich sehr gern' getan. Called because I wanted to know if an e-bike I like (2500-3500 euros) is in stock. Unfortunately, no. The employee, Max Knechtel, patiently answered my questions. Very professional and above all friendly. Unfortunately not a matter of course nowadays. As a customer, you often have the feeling that you are not wanted. Not here! Keep it up! It's a shame that I couldn't buy anything there ... I would have loved to do so.
