Ein echtes Sportgeschäft hier merkt man das auch der Chef (Bobby) und seine Mitarbeiter selbst am Bike sitzen und deshalb fachliche Empfehlungen in der Praxis sehr gut umsetzbar sind. Great advice and a very competent workshop, have been buying my bikes in this shop for decades. A real sports shop here you notice that the boss (Bobby) and his employees sit on the bike themselves and therefore professional recommendations can be implemented very well in practice.

Wir kaufen unsere Räder und das benötigte Zubehör nur mehr dort - das Service wird sowieso schon lange nur mehr dort gemacht. Tolles Team, sehr kompetent. Top advice, in the business is always very busy, unfortunately there is sometimes not the time for questions / advice I would wish. We only buy our bikes and the necessary accessories there - the service is already done there for a long time anyway. Great team, very competent.

L	Lukas Sp on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe ein Service beim Fahrrad machen lassen. Manche Schrauben waren danach noch locker und ein Computer wurde kaputt gemacht - es musste 2x(!) nachgearbeitet werden. Grundsätzlich hat die Werkstatt einen nicht vertrauenswürdigen Eindruck auf mich hinterlassen. Der vermeintliche Chef war zudem noch sehr unfreundlich und wollte sich anscheinend nicht sehr mit dem Problem befassen. 139 Euro für das Service - oder eher kein Service... Nie wieder! Have a bike service done. Some screws were still loose afterwards and a computer was broken - it had to be reworked twice (!). Basically, the workshop left an untrustworthy impression on me. The supposed boss was also very unfriendly and apparently did not want to deal with the problem very much. 139 euros for the service - or rather no service ... Never again!
R	Retarded Rob on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muss meine ehemalige 5 Sterne Bewertung leider revidieren. Haben ein halbes Jahr auf E-Bikes gewartet weil wir sie wie immer hier kaufen wollten. Nach der 6-monatigen Wartezeit wurde uns versichert, dass wir telefonisch verständigt werden wenn die Fahrräder eintreffen. Nachdem sich wochenlang niemand gemeldet hat sind wir wieder hingefahren und wieder wurde meine Nummer notiert - weitere 2 Monate später noch immer kein Anruf... Unfortunately, I have to revise my previous 5 star rating. We waited half a year for e-bikes because we always wanted to buy them here. After the 6-month wait, we were assured that we would be notified by phone when the bikes arrived. After nobody answered for weeks we went back and my number was noted again - another 2 months later still no call...

This is primarily a bicycle shop and unfortunately they only have 1 person that can answer questions about bikes. Maybe they need more educated staff since they had a nice Focus Mares in Matte Black I would have liked to purchase. The only "bike" guy was busy with another customer so I hung around for 15 mins and never was approached by him to help with the sale. The other employees did stand around though which is good for greeting I suppose.
