M	Martin Fruhmann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es gab ständig Probleme bei der Verrechnung. Kaum eine Rechnung wurde fehlerfrei erstellt. Es wurde zum Beispiel weniger Material geliefert aber voll verrechnet, obwohl die Menge am Lieferschein deutlich ausgebessert wurde. Absprachen wurden öfters eingehalten. Vereinbart war zum Beispiel die Anlieferung am Vormittag, gekommen sind sie nach 17 Uhr. Bei der Bestellung wurde zum Beispiel dies & das vereinbart, bei der Verrechnung wusste man nichts mehr davon. Auf 2 Rechnungen kommt im Schnitt eine schriftliche Reklamation und eine Gutschrift. Das ist halt schon mühsam. Als Häuselbauer möchte man seine Zeit eigentlich sinnvoller investieren. Vernünftige Preise bekommt man auch erst beim Nachverhandeln. Das erste Angebot wurde immer nach dem Motto "wir versuchen es mal" erstellt. Wenn man direkt im Lager etwas abholt, dauert es auch ewig. Rückblickend betrachtet braucht man bei dieser Firma gute Nerven und viel Zeit. MfG There were always problems with the settlement. Hardly an invoice was created error-free. For example, less material was delivered but fully charged, although the quantity on the delivery note was significantly improved. Agreements were often complied with. For example, the delivery was agreed in the morning, they arrived after 17 clock. When ordering, for example, this & that agreed, in the settlement you knew nothing more about it. On 2 bills comes on average a written complaint and a credit. That's just tedious. As a house builder you want to invest his time more meaningful. Reasonable prices you get only at the renegotiation. The first offer was always created according to the motto "Let's try it". If you pick something up directly in the warehouse, it will take forever. Looking back, you need good nerves and a lot of time with this company. Kind regards

Hingefahren und mit dem Außendienstmitarbeiter alles durchbesprochen - Angebot sollte Ende der Woche kommen -> NIX... nachgefragt - Angebot sollte bald kommen -> wieder NIX... hab's aufgegeben und werde auch in Zukunft bei anderen Baustoffhändlern kaufen. lost time ... drove there and discussed everything with the sales representative - offer should come at the end of the week -> NIX ... asked - offer should come soon -> NIX again ... have given up and will buy from other building material dealers in the future.

T	Talidu Nagy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ etwas enttäuscht. zwar sehr nette Menschen aber die Angebote sind meiner Meinung nach einfach nur Lockangebote die es dann in Wirklichkeit nicht gibt. a little disappointed. Very nice people, but in my opinion the offers are simply enticing offers that do not actually exist.
