C	Chris 67 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider kein Meisterstück im Reklamationsmanagement: (Scheinbar?) falsch ausgepreiste Ware, auf Nachfrage wegen der falschen Rechnung alle möglichen Ausreden parat, wer daran schuld sei (die Lieferfirma, die viele Arbeit...). Auf die Bitte hin, die Ware für den angeschriebenen Preis auszuhändigen (es gibt ein RECHT darauf!), fragte die Mitarbeiterin nach, jedoch mit dem Hinweis, bei Rückgabe aber nur eine "Gutschrift" auszuhändigen. Auf meinen Einwand, dass ich das Geld in BAR zurück für den Fehler möchte, fragte sie scheinbar beim "Chef" nach, der es nicht der Mühe wert fand, selbst die 5 m aus seiner Kabine zu kommen. Sie selbst war dann scheinbar dermaßen entrüstet (worüber eigentlich??), dass sie mir das Bargeld hinknallte, sich abwandte und wortlos wegging. Glück für diese Filiale, dass sie derzeit das einzige "Shoppingerlebnis" in Coronazeiten bietet. Danach jedoch: niemals wieder! Unfortunately not a masterpiece in complaint management: (Apparently?) Incorrectly priced goods, all possible excuses available when asked about the wrong invoice as to who was to blame (the delivery company, the lot of work ...). When asked to hand over the goods for the stated price (there is a RIGHT to it!), The employee asked, but with the note that only a "credit note" should be given on return. On my objection that I want the money back in CASH for the mistake, she apparently asked the "boss", who didn't think it was worth the effort to get the 5 m out of his cabin himself. She herself was then apparently so indignant (about what?) That she slammed the cash, turned away and left without a word. Lucky for this branch that it currently offers the only "shopping experience" in Corona times. After that, however: never again!
