Und sollte etwas nicht lagernd sein, so gibt es zu 90% immer ein Ausweichprodukt, somit spart man viel Zeit. Frau Mag. Führer ist eine der besten Pharmazeutinnen die ich in Wien kenne. A very good pharmacy, competent staff and very many products in stock. And if something is not stocked, 90% of the time there is always an alternative product, so you save a lot of time. Mrs. Mag. Führer is one of the best pharmacists I know in Vienna.

Bei der Covid Testung sollte es eine eigene Kassa geben :( Denn es ist egal ob man sich online registriert hat oder nicht, man kann auch ohne Online Termin einfach einen Test machen. Habe mir eine bestimme Uhrzeit ausgesucht, die perfekt in meinen Terminplan gepasst hat und dann war es egal. Da die Schlange so lang war, weil manche testen oder was abholen wollten, bin ich 15 Minuten später als mein Onlinetermin erst bei einer Mitarbeiterin angekommen. Sehr ärgerlich. Der Onlinetermin sollte auch einen Sinn haben. Employees are always friendly. The Covid test should have its own cash desk :( Because it doesn't matter whether you have registered online or not, you can simply do a test without an online appointment. I chose a certain time that fit my schedule perfectly And then it didn't matter. Since the queue was so long, because some people wanted to test or pick something up, I only got to a member of staff 15 minutes later than my online appointment. Very annoying. The online appointment should also make sense.

Hab ein paar mal schwierige Kunden miterlebt und wäre persönlich ausgerastet. Sie blieben jedoch ruhig und gefasst. Respekt dafür. Covid testing is going great. Die Kasse Damen informieren allen, wo man sich testen kann und schicken alle Leute nach oben. Leider durch schlechte Management und Kommunikation werden immer mehr und mehr Leute die testen wollen und in Durchgang und oben, vor der Lift gesammelt …. So erschafft man quasi eine covid hot-Spot !!!!! Ich würde bitten , dass das Management Team mit einem Plan arbeitet I was PCR tested today and had an appointment.
