★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Einfach nur inkompetent.. Am Telefon wird mir gesagt dass die Apotheke online bestellen und man das Produkt aus der Apotheke abholen darf. Als ich persönlich dann in der Apotheke war, hat man mir komplett was anderes gesagt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War heute dort, Punkt 8:00Uhr , daher keine Wartezeit. Früh aufstehen lohnt sich. Das Personal wie immer gepflegt, freundlich und sehr kompetent. Sie fragen immer ob alles passt helfen beim Einpacken, wenn es Ihnen möglich ist. Wo gibt es das heutzutage noch? Schreibt mir, den ich kenne nicht mehr so selbstverständliches Service.
Was there today, 8:00 sharp, so no waiting time. It's worth getting up early for. The staff as always well-groomed, friendly and very competent. They always ask if everything fits and help with packing if it is possible for you. Where is that nowadays? Write to me, I don't know such a self-evident service anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe die letzten Male öfter den gleichen männlichen Apotheker erwischt. Dieser wirkt einfach immer gelangweilt, ist eher langsam und hat mich auch öfter sehr abwertend angesehen wenn man unangenehme Produkte kaufen muss. Gerade hier sollte nicht gewertet werden und vielleicht sind diese Blicke auch unterbewusst und er nimmt es nicht wahr, jedoch darf das nicht vorkommen.
Have caught the same male pharmacist more times the last few times. He just always seems bored, is rather slow and often gave me a very pejorative look when I had to buy unpleasant products. Especially here should not be judged and maybe these looks are also subconscious and he doesn't notice it, but that shouldn't happen.
