★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe vor zwei Wochen Kleidung im Wert von mehreren Tausend Euro (größtenteils neu) hier zum Reinigen gebracht. Zu Hause bemerkte ich dass die Hemden nach Zigarettenqualm (bin Nichtraucher) riechen. Zudem wurden mehrere meiner Hemden, Shirts (Farbe und Material komplett ausgeleiert) und die Sakkos meiner Freundin ebenso hinsichtlich Farbe ruiniert.
Two weeks ago I brought several thousand euros worth of clothes (mostly new) here to be cleaned. At home I noticed that the shirts smell of cigarette smoke (I am a non-smoker). In addition, several of my shirts (color and material completely worn out) and my friend's jackets were also ruined in terms of color.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Completely unprofessional. Asked to clean a suit within 2 business days. While promised to do so, they did not clean it within the 2 days - despite a couple of reminders. No suit for my job interview. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I paid a very high price for having 3 shirts cleaned for the next day. Next day they were not ready. The day after only 2 of them were ready. I had to leave Vienna 2 days later so not very useful. When asking them to at least deliver the last one to the hotel: "the boss is not here". When I picked up the the last shirt just before going home I complained about price and service. The response was "the boss is not her - I cannot do anything"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not bring quality clothes to this business, they will not treat them well. I brought a few pairs of nice, designer trousers to them to dry clean and then returned them to me pressed in ways that look absolutely horrible. I will now have to take them to another dry cleaner so that they can be steamed/pressed properly. .
