Nach einen Großauftrag letztes Jahr um über € 580,- mit über 40 Kleidungsstücken, war an den Tag der Abholung ein sündhaft teurer Armani Pelzmantel nicht wie vereinbart fertig geworden. Wir sind berufstätig und hatten eine Baustelle, sodass wir vergasen erneut hinzufahren um den Mantel abzuholen. Der Abholschein wurde eingezogen und kein neuer ausgehändigt. Jetzt vor dem Winter fiel uns auf das der Mantel nicht Bei uns ist . Sodass wir wussten, dass der Mantel noch dort liegen muss. Nach dem Anruf beim Chef wurde uns Mitgeteilt, das der Mantel an die Caritas gespendet wurde. Euer Ernst??? Rechtsweg leider nicht möglich, dadurch wir keinen neuen Abholschein bekamen. Es wäre ok, wenn man Lagerkosten bezahlt hätte. Bei so einen privaten Großauftrag, keine Telefonnummer vom Kunden zu verlangen um eben telefonisch erinnert zu werden ist schon sonderlich professionell! Hätte die Putzerei den Mantel wie vereinbart fertig gehabt, hätten wir ihn auch nicht vergessen können. Die Reinigung für den Mantel wurde schließlich auch bezahlt! Schäden von einigen Tausend €! Raklamationsmanagment 0!!!! Beweis das der Mantel gespendet wurde gibt es auch keinen! Schon fraglich was mit diesen Mantel wirklich passiert ist!!!! Meine Empfehlung, am besten diese Putzerei vermeiden!! Zum Chef kann man nur sagen 0 Kundenbetreuung 0 Verständnis 0 Entgegenkommen oder Interesse das Problem zu lösen!! Es gibt wirklich gute Firmen, diese zählt mit Sicherheit nicht dazu!! Kann man wirklich niemanden empfehlen! Das Bewertungsprofil dieser Putzerei ist auch gesunken, woran das wohl liegt? Abkassieren kann man Service leisten leider nicht! Not to be recommended! After a major order last year for over € 580, - with over 40 items of clothing, a sinfully expensive Armani fur coat was not finished as agreed on the day it was picked up. We are working and had a construction site, so we gassed to go back to pick up the coat. The collection slip was withdrawn and no new one was issued. Now before winter we noticed that the coat is not with us. So that we knew the coat must still be there. After calling the boss, we were informed that the coat had been donated to Caritas. Are you serious??? Unfortunately, legal recourse is not possible, as a result we did not receive a new collection slip. It would be ok if you had paid storage costs. With such a large private order, not asking for a phone number from the customer in order to be reminded by phone is very professional! If the cleaning shop had finished the coat as agreed, we could not have forgotten it. The cleaning for the coat was finally paid for! Damage of a few thousand euros! Raklamationsmanagment 0 !!!! There is no proof that the coat was donated! Already questionable what really happened to this coat !!!! My recommendation, best to avoid this cleaning! You can only say to the boss 0 customer service 0 understanding 0 accommodating or interested in solving the problem !! There are really good companies, this one is definitely not one of them !! I really can't recommend anyone! The rating profile of this cleaning shop has also decreased, why is that? Unfortunately, service cannot be cashed in!

We were on a trip to Vienna and needed laundry services, took care of laundry and ironing that day. Good prices, and absolutely fair value.
