Super Team kann ich nur sagen.... Für jeden individuell gestaltetes Trainingsprogramm, aber der oberhammer ist, dass man einen eigenen Trainer hat, der auf meine Bedürfnisse eingeht. Einfach spitze. Ems training I can only recommend to anyone .... time-saving and effective at the same time, I've been there for almost two years and train twice a week. I can only say super team .... For any individually designed training program, but the top hammer is that you have your own coach that meets my needs. Just great.

Habe nach 12 Monaten Training deutliche Muskelmasse aufgebaut. Nur zu empfehlen !! Great atmosphere in a modern studio. Very cool, dear and professional trainers and straightforward appointment.
