An absolute cheek, while the changing rooms are open everywhere else in the Danube Center, here customers are driven away with closed changing rooms.

E	EC P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schwer enttäuscht von dem Personal! Das customer service in so einem Geschäft nicht an 1. Stelle steht ist mir klar aber das ist einfach nur frech. Ich hatte gestern Ringe gekauft, wo sich heute schon der Stein löste, worauf hin die Dame meinte „ja kann man eh kleben“. Dann hat die Kollegin hinzugefügt, sie habe auch eine Kette gekauft hier, die nach 1 Tag kaputt war, konnte sie auch nicht reklamieren. Während des gesamten Kassiervorgangs gab es nicht ein Hallo, nickst einen Blickkontakt oder auch nur ein bisschen Interesse. Aber man merkt schon die Qualität von Einzelhandelspersonal, welches die Sicherung durch den Stoff und nicht durch die Naht sticht. Um klarzustellen, es geht mir nicht um einen 7€ Ring sondern um die Art und Weise wie das Personal mit einem umgeht. Gut aussehen reicht eben nicht immer Seriously disappointed with the staff! It is clear to me that customer service is not the number one priority in a business like this, but that's just cheeky. Yesterday I bought rings where the stone was already loosening today, whereupon the lady said “yes, you can glue anyway”. Then the colleague added that she had also bought a chain here that broke after 1 day, and she couldn't complain either. Throughout the checkout process, there wasn't a hello, nod eye contact, or even a little interest. But you can already tell the quality of retail staff, who stab the security through the fabric and not through the seam. To be clear, I am not interested in a € 7 ring, but in the way the staff treats you. Looking good is not always enough
K	K.M. W. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Umtauschen bei Gegenständen/Kleidungen mit bereits vorhandenen Mängeln unmöglich. Der Geschäftsführer ist nicht für diesen Job geeignet! It is impossible to exchange items / clothing with existing defects. The manager is not suitable for this job!

You buy the clothes today and tomorrow they are spoiled. Overall pull and bear I myself am never buying there again and everybody will know not to walk in to that store.
