Nach längerem warten (die Rehcnung hatte ich sofort bezahlt) bekam ich eine Rückmeldung, dass eines der Tiere nicht mehr bestellt werden kann, man bot mir telefonisch sehr freundlich Ersatz an. Der Kontakt war sehr kundenorientiert und nach Erhalt der Tiere habe ich festegestellt, dass ich auch wirklich ein set mit kleinen Tieren und 2 andere Tiere als Ersatz geschenkt bekommen habe!! Das ist wirklich ein sehr tolles Service! Ich werde wieder hier bestellen! I ordered several Schleich animals for my daughter. After a long wait (I had paid the fee immediately) I received a response that one of the animals could no longer be ordered, and I was offered a replacement over the phone in a very friendly manner. The contact was very customer-oriented and after receiving the animals I realized that I was given a set with small animals and 2 other animals as a replacement !! Ich kaufe für den Förderunterricht als auch für eine Montessori Einrichtung (1 bis 6 Jahre alte Kinder) ein und die Bestellungen wurden immer schnell verschickt. Das Material hält lange und sollte doch einmal etwas nach ein paar Jahren kaputt gehen oder nicht mehr schön aussehen, wird der Ersatz (natürlich kostenpflichtig) rasch geliefert. I have been a satisfied customer for many years, even when Prüfl had the sales point in 1110 Vienna. I shop for remedial classes as well as for a Montessori institution (1 to 6 year old children) and the orders were always sent quickly. The material lasts a long time and should something break after a few years or no longer look nice, the replacement will be delivered quickly (of course for a fee).
