J	Janin Baumann Mein Leben mit Alopezie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Zahnärztin meines Vertrauens! Wenn der Zahnarztbesuch zum Wellnesserlebnis wird! Schon bei meinem ersten Besuch zur Prophylaxe war ich unglaublich begeistert von der wunderschönen, liebevoll eingerichteten Praxis und dem sehr freundlichen Umgang der Mitarbeiterinnen, dass bewegte mich dazu, gleich einen weiteren Termin zu vereinbaren! Heute sollten dann nach dem Röntgen 2 Löcher gebohrt werden. Kein Problem! Einfühlsam wurde ich auf die Behandlung vorbereitet und auch eine Betäubung wurde mir vorgeschlagen. Da ich komplett ohne Angst und mit dem Gefühl gut aufgehoben zu sein in die Behandlung ging, war es wie erwartet gar nicht schlimm (ohne Betäubung) und der Massage-Behandlungsstuhl war das I-Tüpfelchen, der meinen Termin zum perfekten Zahnarztbesuch machte! Already on my first visit to the prophylaxis I was amazed by the beautiful, lovingly furnished practice and the very friendly treatment of the staff, which prompted me to make another appointment! Today 2 holes should be drilled after the X-ray. No problem! I was sensitively prepared for the treatment and anesthesia was also suggested to me. As I went to the treatment completely without fear and with the feeling of being in good hands, as expected, it wasn't bad (without anesthesia) and the massage treatment chair was the icing on the cake that made my appointment the perfect dentist! Thank you Doctor Cerny and your great team!
S	Sandra Smesitz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich hasse es, zum Zahnarzt zu gehen und bin auch Angstpatientin. Die Mundhygiene, welche Nici gemacht hat, war wirklich super. Auch ihre Infos und dass sie sich wirklich Zeit genommen hat. Ein großes Lob und Dankeschön an sie!! Bei der Kontrolle selbst, welche ich mit einem eigenen Termin hatte, empfand ich es leider etwas chaotisch und zwischen den Mitarbeiterinnen spürte ich etwas Missstimmung. Meine genannten "Probleme" wurden zwar kontrolliert, aber als nichts dargelegt, was mich als Angstpatientin noch etwas mehr verunsicherte. Insgesamt fühlte ich mich bei der Kontrolle selbst leider etwas abgefertigt und dass ich als Patientin gleich "erledigt" bin. Das fand ich leider sehr schade, da ich nur Gutes von der Ordination und der Frau Doktor gehört habe! Hoffe und denke, dass ich wirklich einen schlechten Tag erwischt habe und es beim nächsten Mal besser läuft. Daher einen Stern Abzug - ansonsten war ich bis jetzt zufrieden. During the check itself, which I had with my own appointment, I unfortunately felt a bit chaotic and I felt a bit of disagreement between the employees. My mentioned "problems" were checked, but presented as nothing that made me even more insecure as an anxious patient. All in all, I unfortunately felt a little dismissed myself during the check-up and that I, as a patient, was immediately "finished". Unfortunately, I thought that was a shame because I only heard good things from the ordination and the doctor! Hope and think I had a really bad day and will do better next time. Hence a star deduction - otherwise I was satisfied so far.
K	Karin L. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war mit meiner Tochter und meinem Enkel in der Praxis, da dieser einen Termin zur Mundhygiene hatte. Ich wollte mir gerade die Beine vertreten, als mein Enkel nach 15min schon wieder fertig war und wir die Heimreise angetreten haben. Meine Tochter war auch überrascht, wurde aber mit der Begründung "bei Kindern dauert das nicht so lange" zufrieden gestellt. Nun gut, jetzt meine Begründung warum ich nur 2 Sterne gebe. Zuhause haben wir uns dann unterhalten und die Rechnung genauer angesehen und auf diese steht doch tatsächlich drauf, dass abgesehen von der Politur etc. auch eine Mundhygieneeinweisung von 45-60 !! Minuten stattgefunden haben soll. Wir haben natürlich meinen Enkel gefragt, er hat dies verneint (meine Tochter hat erwähnt dass beim ersten Termin vor der Mundhygiene erwähnt wurde, dass es eine Einweisung geben wird wie er richtig Zähne putzen soll). Für 15 min Behandlung 65€ zu verlangen und dann dies noch auf der Rechnung falsch deklarieren, ist schon ein starkes Stück. Aus diesem Grund gibts auch nur 2 Sterne. Hinsichtlich Praxisräume und Sauberkeit, kann die Praxis auf jeden Fall punkte. Preis-Leistung nicht, daher haben wir uns auch entschlossen, zu einem anderen Zahnarzt zu wechseln, der auch die Behandlungen durchführt die er in Rechnung stellt. At home we talked and took a closer look at the bill and it actually says that apart from the polish etc. also an oral hygiene instruction of 45-60 !! Minutes should have taken place. Of course we asked my grandson, he said no (my daughter mentioned that at the first appointment before the oral hygiene it was mentioned that there would be a briefing on how to properly brush his teeth). To charge € 65 for 15 minutes of treatment and then incorrectly declare this on the invoice is a tough job. For this reason there are only 2 stars. In terms of practice rooms and cleanliness, the practice can definitely score. Not value for money, so we decided to switch to another dentist who also carries out the treatments that he bills.

Nach dem Hinweis das ich keine Maske brauche ( ich wurde dazu auch noch genötigt ihr das Attest zu zeigen) und auch gesund bin wollte sie mir die selbst zu zahlende Behandlung für die Zahnaufhellung verweigern. Nachdem ich ihr erklärt habe das sie keine Amtsärztin ist und nicht das Recht hat meine medizinischen Attteste zu sehen wurde ich auch noch als Gefährder der anderen Patienten gebrandmarkt. Ich bin pumperlgsund und wollte der Dame 450 Euro für die Zahnaufhellung zahlen. Dieses Geld wird jetzt ein Zahnarzt bekommen dem seine Patienten wichtiger sind als völlig irre Regierungsmassnahmen die in keiner Weise nachzuvollziehen sind. Diese Ärztin verdient es das niemand mehr zu ihr geht. Unfassbar was man sich heutzutage von solchen Leuten gefallen lassen muss. Sie sollten sich so richtig schämen für das. Wir leben in Österreich und Gott sei Dank darf jeder seine Meinung sagen. Was ich aber absolut nicht nachvollziehen kann sind einige Negativ geschriebenen Bewertungen. Ich kann dazu nur sagen, das jeder Mensch einmal einen schlechteren Tag haben kann und das abdolut Menschlich ist. Aber nun zum Wesentlichen. Sind seit Jahren schon bei Ihnen mit unserer Tochter. Egal ob Terminvergabe, Kontrolle, Kinderprophylaxe, oder Sonstige Anliegen. Absolut Freundlich. Absolute Aufklärung über die Behandlung. Und vor allem Einfühlungsvermögen auf höchsten Niveau! Unsere Tochter hat endlich eine Zahnärztin wo sie gerne hingeht und sie auch weiß das sie dort gut aufgehoben ist. Danke dafür und natürlich auch Ihrem Team das wie Sie hervorragende Arbeit leistet!
