Ich hatte das Vergnügen, den Verkauf einer sehr exklusiven Immobilie vom ersten Kontakt mit Frau Barrasch bis zur Schlüsselübergabe mitzuerleben. Schon das erste Gespräch zeugte von sehr viel Einfühlungsvermögen und absoluter Kompetenz. Frau Barrasch nimmt sich viel Zeit und erklärt alle folgenden Schritte und weist immer wieder auf mögliche Fehlerquellen hin. Vom Erstgespräch bis zur Schlüsselübergabe hat es knapp zwei Monate gedauert. Allein das Exposé hat mich schon sprachlos gemacht. Frau Barrasch und ihr Team sind mit so viel Herzblut und Leidenschaft dabei. Sie war immer erreichbar, selbst in ihrem wohlverdienten Urlaub.
