Die Teilequalität ist hervorragend und das Sortiment lässt jedes Schrauberherz höher schlagen. Das Team ist stets bemüht, jedes Anliegen schnellstmöglich und mit höchster Kompetenz zu betreuen. Online Bestellungen werden sofort bearbeitet und kommen auch immer nach kurzer Zeit zuhause an. Am liebsten fahr ich jedoch selbst vorbei, weil man mit fachlicher Beratung im wunderbar geordneten Ersatzteillager seine Teile selbst aussuchen kann (das ist mir der Weg aus der Steiermark wert). Außerdem wird man vor Ort gleich zum Fachsimpeln animiert, was nach der jahrelangen Firmenerfahrung immer eine Bereicherung ist. Wer jedoch nicht die Möglichkeit hat, kann das jahrzehnte lang angeeignete Fachwissen des Firmengründers über die Puch Fahrzeugwelt in einem der vielen Youtube Videos erfahren. Jederzeit ein Kontakt möglich, umfassende und freundliche Auskunft zur komplexen Welt der Puchfahrzeuge. Sehr sauber und geordnet geführtes Büro und Ersatzteillager. Man wird beim Kauf vor Ort auch mit ins Lager genommen und kann sich dann dort "vor Ort" seinen Ersatzteile aussuchen. Aufgebaut und "gschmackig" wie im Supermarkt sodass man gerne mal auch den einen oder anderen Ersatzteil gleich mit kauft weil man weiß, dass man ihn mal später sicher brauchen wird. Äußerst schnelle Erledigung der online bestellten Ware und übergreifende Auskunft über die vielen, selbst kreierten Artikel, welche auf Grund vom jahrelangen Wissen des Firmengründers herrühren. They always provide excellent service, always going out of their way to help with products and parts. Their parts are of excellent quality, and they are always willing to stand by their products. They manufacture a few parts that are no longer available, making them a vital store to visit for anyone restoring, or running a Steyr Puch. I am beyond impressed when dealing with them. Matthias is extremely helpful, especially when we are looking for those `rare parts'. We highly recommend them!
