Für die Zeit der Reparatur habe ich sogar ganz unkompliziert einen Leihwagen bekommen. Ich bin sehr zufrieden! I had to have my entire windshield replaced. The service was super friendly and competent right from the start. For the time of the repair I even got a rental car very easily. I'm very satisfied!

Wir wurden von Anfang an super freundlich bedient und beraten, der Geschäftsführer und die Mechaniker waren alle sehr zuvorkommend. Nach viel Engagement des Geschäftsführers und eigener Initiative gelang es uns unseren Reifen wechseln zu lassen und konnten somit unsere Reise weiter fortsetzen. Zum Schluss wurden uns noch 2 Becher Kaffee geschenkt um unsere Weiterreise stressfrei gestalten zu können. Zusammenfassend kann ich sagen, dass trotz dieser ungünstigen Lage die Zeit ganz schön dort war und falls ich wieder in Dornbirn bin und ich eine Autowerkstatt brauchen würde, würde ich mit Sicherheit die Profi Autowerkstatt wählen. Unfortunately, due to a flat tire, we had to stop at the workshop and have our tires changed. We were served and advised in a super friendly way from the start, the manager and the mechanics were all very courteous. After a lot of commitment from the managing director and our own initiative, we managed to have our tires changed and were thus able to continue our journey. At the end we were given 2 cups of coffee to make our onward journey stress-free. In summary, I can say that despite this unfavorable location, the time was quite good there and if I am back in Dornbirn and I needed a garage, I would definitely choose the professional garage.
