★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I arranged an appointment to them on Wednesday to change my tyres for summer. They gave me a price below 100 Euro with washing Lagerung usw. Then when I arrived on my appointment they change checked the tyres and said it will cost me 200 euros just for changing... and they offer me some services that I don’t need at the moment. I left and look for a cheaper but reliable Werkstatt and I found one. I will never go back. Me giving a star is an act of generosity on my end.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good and reliable mechanic station for changing and storing tyres. Most service appointments easy to arrange - even online. Reception staff very helpful, especially the lady. Some mechanics more reliable and dependable than others, checking stuff are in order, e.g. car liquids or tyres. Most speak dialect which can be hard to understand at times.

On 20 October 2021, I have ordered a set of rims and wheels for my vehicle and made the requested down payment of 500 euros. I was verbally told that it would take from 3 to 5 working days for the set to arrive but having no contact from the shop for over a week, I began coming in and asking the status of my order. In total, I had visited the shop 3 times and every time I was told that it would be coming next week.
Finally, on 20 November (a month afterwards!), I requested and received my money back as I saw no end to the situation. What really disappointed me is that the employees acted as if this is normal. The customer service at this place seriously needs to improve.
