Super, immer wieder. I ordered winter tires there. I made an appointment very easily online. Only waited 1/2 hour for the tires to be changed. Great, again and again.

Habe Reifen und Felgen mitgebracht. Bezahlt habe ich dann mehr als das Doppelte. Das ist kann es wohl nicht sein und resultiert in maximaler Kundenunzufriedenheit. Die - das möchte ich betonen - sehr freundlichen Mitarbeiter haben mir das Kleingeduckte erklärt - wie der Preis zustande kommt (und auch dass ich nicht der erste bin der das erlebt). Aber das kann es doch nicht sein - Warum stehen nicht die ehrlichen Preise auf Ihre Seite? So praktiziert ist das Kundenerlebnis maximal enttäuschend. Ich werde nicht wiederkommen. Schade. Never again. I chose a service package on the webpage that, according to the explanations there, exactly met my requirements. Have brought tires and rims. I then paid more than twice as much. That is probably not the case and results in maximum customer dissatisfaction. The - I would like to emphasize - the very friendly staff explained the small print to me - how the price comes about (and also that I am not the first to experience it). But it can't be - why aren't the honest prices on your side? So practiced, the customer experience is maximally disappointing. I will not come back. Too bad.
m	michael saukel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr unfreundlicher, unhöflicher Filialleiter. Bin dort seit 5 Jahren Kunde und werde immer angerufen wenn das Auto fertig ist. Diesmal nicht und habe nach über 1h mal hingeschaut. Auto war fertig, keiner hat Bescheid gegeben und dann meinte der Herr auch noch, dass gerade Mittagspause ist, die Kunden nie angerufen werden usw..... Very rude, rude store manager. I have been a customer there for 5 years and I always get a call when the car is ready. Not this time and after more than 1 hour I took a look. The car was ready, nobody gave notice and then the gentleman also said that it was lunch break, the customers were never called, etc .....

Hatte einen Notfall, ohne Termin sofort dran gekommen, nach kurzer Zeit bekam ich den Anruf was los sei und an selben Tag konnte ich ihn repariert wieder abholen! Echt spitzen Service! War das 3. Mal dort und werde bestimmt wieder hinfahren. (aber hoffentlich nicht so schnell ?) Super friendly and nice! Had an emergency, got in immediately without an appointment, after a short time I got the call what was wrong and on the same day I was able to pick it up repaired! Really great service! Was the 3rd time there and will definitely go back. (but hopefully not so soon ?)
