Musste 3x hingehen wurde 3x weggeschickt, das Paket ist lt. Dpd seit über einer Woche vor Ort. Behauptet er könne wegen "Datenschutz" nicht informieren. Der Umgang mit Mitmenschen ist eine Frechheit! Rude, refuses to provide information, doesn't keep your distance and doesn't wear a mask, but yells that you should keep your distance and films me. Had to go 3x was sent away 3x, the package has been on site for over a week according to Dpd. Claims he cannot provide information because of "data protection". Dealing with other people is a cheek!

Versender hat mir empfohlen Anzeige zu erstatten (Paragraph 127 STGB). Kommentar von DPD: Es wurde der „Permanente Wunschshop“ (PWS) auf myDPD.at eingeführt. Jeder registrierte myDPD User kann mit dieser neuen Lieferpräferenz all seine paketshoptauglichen Pakete auf einen Pickup Paketshop ihrer Wahl, innerhalb seines Depotgebietes, permanent umverfügen. Very impolite. Package was open and empty. After consulting DPD, such parcels will not be handed over to a shop. The sender recommended that I report this (Section 127 STGB). Comment from DPD: The “permanent wish shop” (PWS) was introduced on myDPD.at. With this new delivery preference, every registered myDPD user can permanently transfer all his parcel shop-compatible parcels to a pick-up parcel shop of their choice within their depot area.
m	ma sco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Verstehe die negativen Rezensionen überhaupt nicht. Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Paket würde sehr rasch gefunden. Don't understand the negative reviews at all. Staff very friendly and helpful. Package would be found very quickly.

Es gibt viele Paketshops die um einiges näher, freundlicher und kompetenter sind - ich frage mich warum meine Pakete trotzdem dorthin geliefert werden. Außerdem verstehe ich den Sinn nicht bis 19:45 offen zu haben aber DPD Pakete “dürfen” nur bis 18:00 Uhr ausgegeben werden. Es wird sich auf DPD und deren Vorgaben ausgeredet - komisch nur dass es bei anderen DPD-Paketshops sehr wohl möglich ist später noch Pakete abzuholen. Das Geschäft öffnet noch dazu erst ab 11 Uhr sodass man sein Paket auch nicht vor der Arbeit abholen kann - absolut unbrauchbar! By far the worst parcel shop “near me”. There are many parcel shops that are a lot closer, friendlier and more competent - I wonder why my parcels are delivered there anyway. I also understand the point of not being open until 7.45pm, but DPD parcels “may” only be handed out until 6.00pm. DPD and their specifications are being talked out of - it's just strange that it is very possible to pick up parcels later at other DPD parcel shops. The shop doesn't open until 11 a.m., so you can't pick up your parcel before work - absolutely unusable!
m	marcel schnepf on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normalerweise würde ich keinen Stern geben extremst unfreundlich man bekommt nur freche Antworten dan gibt dir der Mitarbeiter als Antwort ja paketshop hat nur bis 18 Uhr und meinte es steht im Internet was garnicht stimmt also meinermeinungnach gehört dieses Geschäft geschlossen alles solche unfreundlichen Menschen und ganzerlich wenn Paket Shop schon vorbei ist schreibt das anund macht diese Türe zu und redet mit den Kunden bissl freundlicher Normally I would not give a star extremely unfriendly you only get cheeky answers then the employee gives you the answer yes paketshop only has until 6 p.m. and said something is wrong on the Internet so in my opinion this shop belongs to all such unfriendly people and completely if package The shop is already over, write that down and close this door and talk to the customers a little more friendly
