Die Anlage wurde vorprogrammiert geliefert, sodass die Montage auch für uns als Laien kein Problem darstellte. Zwischenzeitlich sind zwei kleine Probleme aufgetreten, die vom äußerst freundlichen Servicepersonal telefonisch innerhalb kürzester Zeit gelöst wurden. Wir können die Alarmanlagen der Firma Primavip nur empfehlen, insbesondere durch den hervorragenden Service. In 2016 we ordered an alarm system for our bungalow, specifying the required glass, door and window alarms with an outdoor siren. The system was delivered pre-programmed so that assembly was no problem for us as laypeople either. In the meantime, two small problems have arisen, which the extremely friendly service staff solved within a very short time by phone. We can only recommend the alarm systems from Primavip, especially because of the excellent service.

Bei Eingabeproblemen bei der Haupteinheit (W-Lan Änderung) wurde mir nach einem Anruf freundlich und kompetent weitergeholfen. Würde die Anlage wieder kaufen. Sehr zu empfehlen.
