★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hallo, hatte heute pech, hab meine wohnungsschlüssel im Autobus verloren,und musste mir einen aufsperrdienst suchen,ich kam durch die guten Bewertungen auf die Firma kauper, ich muss sagen war begeistert, sehr kompetenter und freundlicher Mitarbeiter, schloss war in weniger als fünf minuten geöffnet, ohne Beschädigung, weder am Schloss noch an der Türe (Sicherheitsschloss) preis Leistung 1a,danke nochmals an den netten mitarbeiter ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Top Profi! Herr Kauper wurde uns von unserer Haushaltsversicherung Muki im Notfalldienst mitten in der Nacht geschickt und es hätte uns nichts besseres passieren können! Er hat uns in einer schier unmöglichen Situation Zugang zu unserer Wohnung verschafft. Er hat mit viel Geschick und Können richtig kombiniert und es geschafft ein defektes Balkenschloss in grossartigem Manöver (sogar mit Flex, Säge und Zange)zu öffnen ohne unsere Tür zu ruinieren! Ein echter Vollprofi! So viel Expertise wird man kaum woanders finden. Schnell, kompetent und unkompliziert!

Haben uns heute Abend ausgesperrt, wir haben länger mit der Versicherung telefoniert als der nette Herr vom Aufsperrdienst bei uns war. Innerhalb 5 min. Inklusive Anfahrt und aufsperren hat dies gedauert. Unser Abend ist gerettet, vielen Dank an Herrn Kauper (Ich vermute der Chef höchstpersönlich war bei uns)

Es wurde klar kommuniziert und die Abrechnung wird, so wurde mir mitgeteilt, direkt mit der Versicherung abgewickelt. Schnell, pünktlich und sie machen ihre Arbeit.
