Eine funktionierende Alarmanlage, die ich von dieser Firma durchchecken lassen wollte, wird defekt dem Kunden übergeben und verrechnet bevor sie wieder ordnungsgemäß funktioniert. Die verantwortlichen Personen sind anscheinend nicht gesprächsbereit in Sachen Reklamationsabwicklung noch gaben sie mir das Gefühl um einer standesgemäßen Kundenzufriedenheit bemüht.
A rip-off in service and repair cases! We do not admit our own mistakes or accept responsibility for them. A functioning alarm system, which I wanted to have checked by this company, will be handed over to the customer defective and charged before it works properly again. The responsible persons are apparently not ready to talk about complaints processing, nor did they make me feel concerned about customer satisfaction in line with their status.
