Schon beim Telefonanruf sagte man mir, dass man sich viel Zeit für sie nimmt um es so angenehm wie möglich für unsere Hündin macht. Frau Hamlitsch hat sich so fürsorglich um die kleine gekümmert und war über rassenspezifische Schnitte bestens informiert. Zudem haben wir tolle Tipps bekommen um unsere kleine falls gewünscht auch mal selbst zu schneiden. Wir haben schon einige Hundefriseure ausprobiert und Frau Hamlitsch ist mit Abstand die Beste! Wir können Sie wärmstens weiterempfehlen! Wir würden mehr Sterne geben wenn dies möglich wäre. We have a female Cavalier King Charles Spaniel who is 11 years old and has heart problems. Already on the phone call I was told that they take a lot of time for her to make it as comfortable as possible for our dog. Mrs. Hamlitsch took care of the little one so caringly and was very well informed about breed-specific cuts. We also got great tips on how to cut our little ones ourselves if desired. We have already tried a few dog hairdressers and Ms. Hamlitsch is by far the best! We can warmly recommend you! We would give more stars if this were possible.

Sie hat sich unserer rumänischen Angsthündin mit viel Zeit und Einfühlungsvermögen professionell angenommen. Jederzeit wieder gerne! Absolut empfehlenswert! If you want to do something good for your dog and do it very sensitively and lovingly, you should definitely contact Ms. Hamlitsch! She took care of our Romanian scared dog professionally with a lot of time and empathy. Anytime again! Highly Recommended!

Ich war sehr begeistert,mein Egon zeigte keine Angst und sie war auch sehr einfühlsam......Egon kam auch in den Genuß eines super sanften leisen Föhnes......Das nächste Mal wird er schon mutiger sein, den es ist keine Kunst,sich als Hund (und Besitzer) dort zu Hause zu fühlen !!! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder !!! Was recently with my (fear) dog at Frau Hamlitsch's! I was very enthusiastic, my Egon showed no fear and she was also very empathetic ...... Egon also enjoyed a super soft, quiet hair dryer ...... The next time he will be more courageous it is no art to feel at home there as a dog (and owner)! We would like to come again !!!

Tommy ist ein eher ängstlicher Hund wurde aber zunehmend ruhiger was auf die einfühlsame Betreuung von Frau Hamlitsch zurückzuführen ist. Tommy hat einen erstklassigen Haarschnitt erhalten. Was mir besonders gefallen hat war, dass Frau Hamlitsch wirklich sehr genau gearbeitet hat und nicht auf "schnell, schnell". Vielen Dank, wir freuen uns auf den nächsten Besuch! My dog Tommy and I went to Primabello for the first time today and felt very comfortable from the first second. Tommy is a rather anxious dog but became increasingly calmer which is due to the sensitive care of Mrs. Hamlitsch. Tommy received a top notch haircut. What I particularly liked was that Ms. Hamlitsch really worked very precisely and not on "fast, fast". Thank you, we look forward to your next visit!

Wir sind mehr als begeistert von der lieben Frau Hamlitsch,man merkt beim 1. Handgriff dass sie ein Vollprofi ist, aber nicht nur das.....unser "Puma" war verzaubert von ihrer liebevollen, geduldigen und einfühlsamen Art. Somit konnten wir unserem "Puma"einen wirklich gelungenen 1. Hundefriseurbesuch ermöglichen. Wir sind begeistert und werden auf jeden Fall treue Kunden bleiben. Vielen lieben Dank für dieses 1.positive Friseurerlebnis für unseren " Puma " ???? Today we had a visit from the lovely dog hairdresser Mrs. Hamlitsch. Our Shihtzu boy "Puma" is only 5 months old, but we want to slowly wash, cut, blow dry and shear him (everything that is done at the hairdresser) step by step get used to. We are more than enthusiastic about the dear Mrs. Hamlitsch, you can tell from the first move that she is a full professional, but not only that.....our "Puma" was enchanted by her loving, patient and sensitive nature. So we could enable our "Puma" to have a really successful first visit to the dog hairdresser. We are thrilled and will definitely remain loyal customers.
