W	Wolfgang Kölsch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe wegen eines Knieroentgen angefragt. Die Dame hat dann gemeint, warum der zuweisende Arzt mich nicht ins Krankenhaus schickt. Dann meinte sie: Jetzt Mittag und um 14.00 Uhr ist Schluß... Donnerstag steht bis 17. 00 Uhr. Hatte den Eindruck: Bitte nicht, das ist zuviel Arbeit... War ein Versuch im Ort zu bleiben, leider NEIN. I asked about a knee x-ray. The lady then said why the referring doctor didn't send me to the hospital. Then she said: It's noon now and it's over at 2 p.m. ... Thursday is until 5 p.m. Got the impression: Please don't, that's too much work ... Was an attempt to stay in the place, unfortunately NO.

Hatte hier das Gefühl gut aufgehoben zu sein! Sehr negativ hab ich aber auch das Personal am Empfang empfunden. Sehr unfreundlich schon am Telefon. Vielleicht auch gelangweilt oder einfach bisschen überarbeitet? Naja wie auch immer. Es wird generell sehr unhöflich mit Kunden umgegangen und die überhebliche Art der Dame am Empfang finde ich in einem Institut sehr unangebracht!!!! Sie führt mit augenscheinlichen Bekannten oder Freundinnen private Gespräche und dahinter warten die Patienten?! Also hier sollte sich wirklich etwas ändern! Hello, I would like to say positively the very friendly and competent manner of the doctor Dr. Highlight Cemerka who examined me. Had the feeling of being in good hands here! But I also found the staff at reception very negative. Very rude on the phone. Maybe bored or just a little overworked? Well whatever. Customers are generally treated very impolitely and I find the arrogant manner of the lady at reception very inappropriate in an institute!!!! She has private conversations with apparent acquaintances or girlfriends and behind them the patients are waiting?! So something should really change here!
