★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is nice but our experience with the personnel was very disappointing.
When we, a group of 10, arrived, we ordered some drinks from the alm right next to the house. When checking in, the Hut owner mentioned three times we were sitting there. I just thought: yeah, so?
It really became an issue when we canceled the breakfast for the next day. He asked in an unpolite tone of voice why we want to do that, so we told him we were going to have breakfast later. In the morning, after he spottet some of the group going to the alm, he said (again very unpolitely) that he expects us to have breakfast at his place when sleeping there.
I found that more than rude, we did consume more than 400 euros in the evening so why so greedy? Totally destroyed the mood.
But I can recommend the Alm right next to the house, food and drinks are much better and people friendly! Fortunately it's still a free land where we can choose where to eat and drink :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best experience ever! Hospitality on the highest level. Additionally when my shoes became damaged on the 1st day of the trip, Wolfgang suggested to use his own, so we there was no need to change our plans! Danke schon one more time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When the wetter is doom and gloom outside, this hut will brighten up your day. We were directly greeted by some good humor and even better food. Many thanks too Rita, Wolfgang and Radek and we will return to visit the lakes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After a multi-day hike we stayed here for 1 night. It was the best hut we have spent our night in. The food was great, the owners Rita and Wolfgang were absolutely lovely and had a great sense of humor. Thank you for the pleasant stay.
