C	Christina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr unfreundlich. Empfangsdamen sind sehr nett sonst leider nicht empfehlenswert. Zu lange Wartezeiten (mind. 1 1/2 Stunden), Ärztin geht nicht auf Beschwerden ein und nach 2 Stunden warten schickte die Ärztin mich nach Hause und sagte sie weiß nicht was mir fehlt und ich soll einen weiteren Termin ausmachen mit einem frechen und respektlosen Ton. Very impolite. Receptionists are very nice otherwise not recommended. Too long waiting times (at least 1 1/2 hours), doctor does not respond to complaints and wait for 2 hours, the doctor sent me home and said she does not know what I miss and I should make another appointment with a cheeky and disrespectful Volume.

Da kann ich gleich zu Fleischkacker gehen. So I'll never go there again. The tear duct - douching without dripping in, without warning that it hurts a lot. And afterwards another stupid announcement. I can go to Fleischkacker right away.

Die Damen bei der Anmeldung könnten etwas netter sein vorallem wenn man ein Kind hat. Etwas mehr Herzlichkeit bitte. Ansonsten naja. Praxis sehr nett. Sehr gut gestaltet..aber alle könnten etwas an freundlichkeit zu legen. Denn auch wenn etwas mehr zu tun ist und man einen stressigen Tag hat sollte man das nicht an Patienten auslassen. Aber jeder hat eine eigene Meinung. The doctor was very professional. However human well. Leaves something to be desired. The ladies at the registration could be a little nicer, especially if you have a child. A little more cordiality, please. Otherwise well. Practice very nice. Very well designed .. but everyone could put something on the friendliness. Because even if there is something more to do and you have a stressful day, you shouldn't take it out on patients. But everyone has their own opinion.
P	Peter Pieber on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin vom Empfang weg, über das Kontaktlinseninstitut und dann auch bei der Ärztin von allen MitarbeiterInnen äußerst freundlich behandelt worden! Gut organisiert und kaum Wartezeiten. Sehr zu empfehlen. :) I was treated extremely friendly from the reception, through the contact lens institute and then also by the doctor from all employees! Well organized and hardly any waiting times. We recommend. :)
P	ProfZocker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nach unserem heutigen Termin mit unserer 2 Jährigen Tochter kann ich nur jedem raten diese Arztpraxis zu meiden. Wir vereinbarten einen Termin um 10 Uhr, trotzdem mussten wir mit unserer Tochter über 45 Minuten warten. Leider gab es auch keine Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten. Als wir endlich dran kamen, war die "Untersuchung" in 5 Minuten erledigt. Nach insgesamt fast einer Stunde, wurde uns dann mitgeteilt, dass jetzt die Augen eingetropft werden müssen, und erneut mit einer halben Stunde Wartezeit zu rechnen ist, um die wirkliche Untersuchung des Mutter-Kind Passes durchzuführen, aber da unsere Tochter laut Auskunft der Ärztin schon "sehr ängstlich" war, solle man den Termin in 6 Monaten nachholen. Welches 2 Jährige Kind hält 1 1/2 Stunden Warten durch ohne zu quängeln? Fazit: Unglaublich lange Wartezeit trotz Termin, im Endeffekt wurde dennoch keine vollständige Untersuchung durchgeführt. UNBEDINGT MEIDEN After today's appointment with our 2 year old daughter, I can only advise everyone to avoid this doctor's office. We made an appointment at 10 a.m., but we had to wait over 45 minutes with our daughter. Unfortunately there were no employment opportunities either. When we finally got our turn, the "investigation" was done in 5 minutes. After a total of almost an hour, we were then informed that the eyes now have to be dripped in, and that another half an hour waiting time must be expected in order to carry out the real examination of the mother-child passport, but according to the doctor, our daughter is there was "very anxious", the appointment should be made up in 6 months. Which 2 year old child can wait 1 1/2 hours without complaining? Conclusion: Incredibly long waiting time despite the appointment, but in the end no full examination was carried out. ABSOLUTELY AVOID
T	Tanja Posch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mein Partner musste wegen eines Fremdkörpers im Auge akut zum Augenarzt. Wir konnten nach telefonischer Voranmeldung sofort kommen. Er wurde dazwischen genommen, nur sehr kurze Wartezeit. Frau Doktor war sehr freundlich und kompetent, hat erklärt was sie macht und konnte schnell helfen. Auch die Damen an der Anmeldung waren sehr freundlich. My partner had to see an ophthalmologist because of a foreign object in his eye. We were able to come immediately after making an appointment by phone. He was taken in between, only a very short wait. The doctor was very friendly and competent, explained what she does and was able to help quickly. The ladies at the registration desk were also very friendly.

Ich habe mich sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt und werde auch zur Ärztin wechseln. Die Ausstattung ist sehr modern, vor allem im Kontaktlinsenstudio. Auf Fragen und Bedenken wird fachlich und persönlich eingegangen. Das Erarbeiten einer Lösung für den Patienten/die Patientin steht im Vordergrund. Die Wartezeit in der Praxis war völlig in Ordnung. Auch auf einen Termin musste ich nicht lange warten. Ein sehr familiäres Umfeld - besonders für Kinder geeignet. Alle COVID Maßnahmen sind perfekt umgesetzt. Ich fühlte mich sehr sicher. Alles Top! competent - modern - friendly Very competent and friendly support. The focus is on listening and the concerns of the patients. I felt that I was in very good hands and will also switch to the doctor. The equipment is very modern, especially in the contact lens studio. Questions and concerns are dealt with professionally and personally. The focus is on developing a solution for the patient. The waiting time in the practice was perfectly fine. I didn't have to wait long for an appointment either. A very familiar environment - especially suitable for children. All COVID measures are perfectly implemented. I felt very safe. Everything perfect!
P	Patricia Baumgartner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Praxis, Ambiente, Angestellten und Arztin top!!! Ein Aquarium aufzustellen, finde ich echt traurig und abstoßend. Zu klein, zu hell, zu wenig Rückzugsbereiche....das Anklopfen und Anstarren ist sicherlich auch nicht förderlich um sich wohl zu fühlen. Vielleicht erfolgt ja einmal ein umdenken..... das das Möchten sie das ganze Leben lang in einem Raum sein und angestarrt werden? Practice, ambience, employees and doctor top! I find it really sad and repulsive to set up an aquarium. Too small, too bright, too few areas of retreat ... knocking and staring is certainly not conducive to feeling good. Maybe there will be a rethink ..... the the Would you like your whole life be long in a room and be stared at?
