(vor allem der Herr an dem Postschalter) Man wird dumm hingestellt wenn man bei ca 80 Briefen, die man für einen Bekannten schnell hinbringt, nicht genau weiß wieviele es sind. Stempel wird einem in die Hand gedrückt, dass man selber stempeln muss (ich kann meine Arbeit auch nicht an die Kunden weitergeben). Selfservicestelle ist toll. Very unfriendly staff. (especially the gentleman at the post office counter) You will be stupid if you do not know exactly how many there are about 80 letters that you bring for a friend quickly. Stamp is pressed into the hand that you have to stamp yourself (I can not pass my work to the customers). Selfservicestelle is great.

Ich muss immer sehr lange warten, jetzt in Zeiten vn Lockdown stehe ich schon vor der Filiale an.... 2 Mitarbeiter arbeiten die KUnden ab, der Handyverkäufer fühlt sich nicht bemüssigt zu helfen und die andere Dame am Schalter macht administrative Arbeiten., währenddessen die KUnden warten und warten..... Die, die arbeiten sind aber sehr freundlich. Not enough staff? I always have to wait a very long time, now in times of lockdown I am already standing in front of the branch .... 2 employees work off the customers, the cell phone seller does not feel obliged to help and the other lady at the counter is doing administrative work the customers wait and wait ..... But those who work are very friendly.
M	Martina Delanger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Immer ewig lange zu warten, viel zu klein für eine Stadt wie Weiz, dann noch maximal ein bis zwei Schalter besetzt. Reines Beamtentum. Das Beste: Von 12- 14h und Samstags natürlich ganz geschlossen. Wo gibt's denn sowas noch. Always waiting forever, much too small for a city like Weiz, then only one or two desks open. Pure officialdom. Best of all: completely closed from 12pm to 2pm and on Saturdays. Where else can you find that?

Da auf der Abholbestätigung eine Öffnungszeit von 0:00 bis 24:00 Uhr / Montag bis Freitag angegeben ist und die Abholstation das ganze Wochenende über zugesperrt ist. One star because picking up parcels is a pure joke. As the pick-up confirmation specifies an opening time from 0:00 a.m. to midnight / Monday to Friday and the pick-up station is locked throughout the weekend.
1	1000 Interessen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So schwer, auf den Klingelknopf zu drücken? Schweres und großes Paket darf ich nun zu Fuß abholen. Zudem sollte es mit in eine Klinik. Hätte man angeläutet, wäre es sich zeitlich ausgegangen. Hatte extra darauf gewartet. Danke :-( Nachtrag..nachdem ich selbst mit dem Zusteller gesprochen hatte, funktioniert es aktuell. Daher von 1 Stern auf 3..warte noch etwas ab So hard to push the doorbell? I can now pick up heavy and large parcels on foot. It should also be taken to a clinic. If you had rung the bell, it would have run out of time. Had specially waited for it. Thanks :-( Addendum .. after I had spoken to the deliverer myself, it currently works. Therefore from 1 star to 3 ... wait a little longer

Bin zwar mit einem Anliegen bezüglich meines A1 Vertrages gekommen aber der Herr der jetzt beim Postamt für A1 arbeitet war außerordentlich freundlich und hat als erster nach mehreren versuchen mein Anliegen lösen können . Wirklich eine angenehme Erfahrung . Must give credit to the post office and staff here. I came with a request regarding my A1 contract, but the gentleman who now works for A1 at the post office was extremely friendly and was the first to solve my request after several attempts. Really a pleasant experience .
