Always rude, overwhelmed, parcels are never there when I want to pick them up even though I was there at the time written! Had to go several times!

Incompetent staff called 6 times within 15 minutes and no one took the phone on the contrary, I would be pushed away if I would work like that, my resignation on the same day would still be just a cheek
