Shoes were kindly taken back as they hurt when worn for a long time. That a return was still possible, is not self-evident. For that and for the good selection full rating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schuhe für 80 Euro gekauft, eine Stunde nur drinnen getragen und wollte sie umtauschen, weil sie ein wenig gedrückt haben. Keine Chance, die Schuhe seien nicht mehr umtauschbar. Eine riesen Frechheit! Waren die letzten Schuhe die ich dort gekauft habe.
Bought shoes for 80 euros, only worn them indoors for an hour and wanted to exchange them because they pressed a little. No chance, the shoes are no longer exchangeable. A huge cheek! The last shoes I bought there.

Zudem ein wirklich super Team, die Mädels sind immer freundlich und beraten einen super. Auch einen Umtausch konnte ich problemlos innerhalb weniger Minuten durchführen. Weiter so!
I keep looking through the range in other shoe stores, but nothing comes close to the selection of Humanics in the exhibition park. In addition, a really great team, the girls are always friendly and give you great advice. I was also able to carry out an exchange within a few minutes. Keep it up!
