Das einzige worauf man achten muss ist das man zu Stoßzeiten schon mal länger warten muss. Have been here 100 times and no one has ever been rude. Great post office. The only thing you have to pay attention to is that you have to wait longer at peak times.
D	Danscha Danscha on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Erteile nun schon zum 4. mal innerhalb eines Jahres eine abstellgenehmigung und trotzdem landen all meine Pakete ständig in der völlig überfüllten und unterbesetzten Postfiliale.... als ich mich bei der Beschwerdestelle meldete teilte man mir mit, dass meine abstellgenehmigung 2x gelöscht wurde (den Auftrag zur Löschung dieser habe ich nie erteilt) Die österreichische Post wäre schon längst Konkurs, wäre es ein Unternehmen der privaten Wirtschaft.... grauenhaft diese Institution I am giving a parking permit for the 4th time within a year and still all my parcels constantly end up in the completely overcrowded and understaffed post office ... when I contacted the complaint office, they informed me that my parking permit had been deleted twice (the I have never given an order to delete this) The Austrian Post would have been bankrupt long ago if it were a private company ... this institution is dreadful

Eine Freundin und ich mussten ein Rücksendeetikett drucken und informierten uns vorab, ob diese Filiale eine Druckmöglichkeit bietet. Mit Post Web-Druck sollte das Ausdrucken absolut kein Problem sein. Wir folgten der Anweisung, bekamen den Abholcode und gingen zur Filiale. Da wir nicht sofort verstanden, wie genau der Code beim Drucker einzugeben ist, wollten wir beim Schalter nachfragen. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt sind 3 Angestellte anwesend gewesen, die uns mitteilten, dass Post Web-Druck in dieser Filiale nicht möglich ist. Ich verwies auf die Webseite der Post, dass diese Filiale explizit angeführt ist. Trotzdem meinten alle drei "dies sei nicht möglich". Wir wollten das so natürlich nicht hinnehmen und gingen erneut zum Drucker und nach ein paar weiteren Klicks fanden wir die Eingabemaske zur Eingabe des Onlinecodes und das Ausdrucken verlief tadellos! Von wegen "dieser Service bietet diese Filiale nicht". Es tut mir wirklich sehr leid, aber so einen inkompetenten Haufen habe ich schon lange nicht mehr gesehen. Hauptsache die Kunden abwimmeln, da Helfen zu viel Arbeit wäre. Unverschämtheit! Terrible postal workers! A friend and I had to print a return label and informed us in advance whether this branch offered a print option. With Post Web Printing, printing shouldn't be a problem at all. We followed the instructions, got the pick-up code and went to the branch. Since we did not immediately understand how exactly the code should be entered at the printer, we wanted to ask at the counter. At this time, 3 employees were present to inform us that post web printing is not possible in this branch. I referred to the Post Office website that this branch is explicitly listed. Nevertheless, all three said "this is not possible". Of course, we didn't want to accept that and went back to the printer and after a few more clicks we found the input mask for entering the online code and printing went perfectly! Because of "this service does not offer this branch". I'm really, really sorry, but I haven't seen such an incompetent bunch in a long time. The main thing is to get rid of the customers, because helping would be too much work. Insolence!
R	Raphael dür on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider musste ich meinen Brief dort abholen.. Es ist jedesmal aufs neue eine rießen Qual!! Die Mitarbeiterinnen sind hoch hoch unfreundlich (A1 Ecke ausgenommen) unprofessionell und ziehen ein Gesicht vor sich in das mir schlecht wird.. Wie schon gesagt zum Glück ist das kein "normaler" Dienstleister denn sonst wäre hier keine Sau zu Gast. Unfortunately I had to pick up my letter there .. It is a huge torture every time! The employees are very unfriendly (except A1 corner) unprofessional and pull a face in front of you that makes me sick .. As I said fortunately, this is not a "normal" service provider because otherwise no pig would be a guest here.
j	johi i on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazon Pakete wurden schon oft einfach nicht zugestellt, habe dann immer eine email bekommen das das paket nicht zustellbar war obwohl immer jemand zuhause war, bei der Kunden-hotline muss man immer ewig warten bis man durchkommt. Komischerweise konnte jeder Paketdienst die Pakete rechtzeitig zustellen. Amazon parcels were often simply not delivered, then I always got an email that the parcel could not be delivered even though someone was always at home, at the customer hotline you always have to wait forever until you get through. Strangely, every parcel service could deliver the parcels on time.
E	Emrah Tanriverdi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfreundliche Mitarbeiter, Warteschlange bis zur Eingangstüre keinen interessiert es. Zum dritten Mal vorbei schauen müssen um ein Brief abzuholen, ist doch in einer anderen Filiale. Anstatt Werbung zu machen wieviel Arbeit die Post hat, sollten sie mehr fähige Leute einstellen, und die Arbeit beim ersten Mal richtig machen. Unfriendly employees, the queue to the front door nobody cares. Having to stop by for the third time to pick up a letter, it's in a different branch. Instead of advertising how much work the Post Office has, hire more capable people and do the job right the first time.
M	Mate1601 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dachte immer das es bei der Post noch alles seine Richtigkeit hat, nicht wie bei manchen anderen Paketdiensten. Ich wurde aber heute eines besseren belehrt. Wieso übergibt die Post jetzt auch Pakete an wildfremde Personen wo nicht der Paket Empfänger sind ? Dazu bekomme ich nicht mal eine Antwort wer das unterschrieben hat. Einfach eine Sauerei... Always thought that everything was still correct at the post office, not like some other parcel services. But today I was taught better. Why does Swiss Post now also hand over parcels to total strangers who are not the recipient of the parcel? I don't even get an answer who signed it. Just a mess ...
D	Dean on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amateurs! I went 3 times there to open an account and on the second week I was finally told that I cant open an account with temporary address. They wasted 2 weeks of my time. After that Sparkasse opened me an account in 3 days.
