J	Jet Lagger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Filiale während der Öffnungszeiten geschlossen - kein Aushang, keine Info, Nichts! Die Dame telefoniert privat und lässt den Kunden minutenlang daneben stehen. Es wird einem nicht der günstigste Tarif für Briefe angeboten, das muss eigentlich schon so sein! Benachrichtigungen zur Sendungsabholung im Briefkasten obwohl kein Paket da. Ich verstehe nicht was so schwer ist an ein bisschen Mitdenken und Kundenorientierung. Und das schafft man hier nicht! Branch closed during opening hours - no notice, no information, nothing! The lady calls privately and leaves the customer standing by for minutes. You are not offered the cheapest tariff for letters, it has to be that way! Notifications of shipment pickup in the mailbox although there is no package. I do not understand what is so difficult about a little thinking and customer orientation. And you can't do that here!

Pakete sind trotz Angabe am gelben Zettel oft nicht am nächste Tag zum abholen da (oder am übernächsten Tag, vor allem nach dem Wochenende). Um die Lage noch besser zu machen, gibt es fürs Gemeindeamt, Post, und Arzt genau 4 Parkplätze. Hier wird also wirklich alles versucht Kunden fern zu halten, als PostPartner aber auch als Einwohner für Gemeindeanliegen. Schade, ich werde jetzt wohl die 8€ investieren und mir eine Wunschfiliale bei der Post auszusuchen. Poor customer service, you feel more like a supplicant and not a customer. Despite the information on the yellow note, parcels are often not available for collection the next day (or the day after next, especially after the weekend). To make the situation even better, there are exactly 4 parking spaces for the municipal office, post office and doctor. So here everything is really tried to keep customers away, as a PostPartner but also as a resident for community issues. Too bad, I will probably invest the € 8 now and choose a desired branch at the post office.
