Leider find ich das wenig Kundenorientiert!!! Etwas mehr Freundlichkeit wäre angebracht!!! Unfortunately not very motivated! You are urged not to accept any more packages !? S	Silvia S. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hier war schon bei der Standortwahl der Gedanke "je weniger Kunden desto besser", denn 2 (- 4) Parkplätze vor der Tür sind echt ein Witz, und wer will schon sein Paket einmal quer durch ein ganzes Shoppingcenter schleppen? Ja und die Motivation des Personals lässt tatsächlich zu wünschen übrig, aber ich frage mich, ob das nicht am Arbeitgeber liegt, denn wenn ich dort mit einem Retourpaket und dem zugehörigen Barcode aus dem lt. E-Mail ein entsprechendes Retourenetikett abgeleitet werden soll, ankomme, muss die Person am Schalter einen Zettel ausdrucken und mit Klebeband am Paket befestigen anstatt dass hier - wie man es eigentlich erwarten würde - ein selbstklebendes Etikett zum Vorschein kommt. Also wer weiß was da sonst noch so alles von den Angestellten verlangt wird und womöglich die langen Gesichter hervorruft... Yes, and the motivation of the staff actually leaves a lot to be desired, but I wonder whether this is not due to the employer, because if I arrive there with a return package and the associated barcode from which a corresponding return label is to be derived according to the e-mail , the person at the counter has to print out a slip of paper and attach it to the package with adhesive tape instead of - as one would actually expect - a self-adhesive label appears. So who knows what else is being asked of the employees and possibly causing the long faces ...
