Da sollte sich etwas ändern.. Fahre lieber von St.Valentin nach Haag um ein Paket abzugeben! Very dissatisfied! The employees of this post office don't really want to serve the customer. No greeting .. Thank you and please are foreign words .. Something should change there .. Better drive from St.Valentin to Haag to deliver a package!

Eine direkte telefonische Anfrage in der Filiale St. Valentin ist nicht möglich. Der "Kundenservice" hilft auch nicht. Zumindest falls überhaupt durchkommt. Frechheit sowas. Generally it is a cheek how long you stay in the queue. A direct telephone inquiry at the St. Valentin branch is not possible. The "customer service" doesn't help either. At least if it gets through at all. Insolence something.

Betrifft nicht die Filiale sondern den Kundenservice der Post, mit keiner Möglichkeit telefonisch zur Filiale zu gelangen. Kundenservice mehr als Null !!! Unfortunately, you cannot give minus stars. Does not affect the branch but the post office customer service, with no possibility to reach the branch by phone. Customer service more than zero !!!

Nach mehrfachen anrufen erbarmte sich ein Mitarbeiter den Anruf entgegen zu nehmen doch nachdem wir die Frage stellen konnten legte dieser einfach auf. Kundenservice und Hilfsbereitschaft = 0 Have just tried to be informed by phone. H	H. W. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein Stern ist eigentlich zu viel, so unfreundliche Mitarbeiter sieht man selten wo. Aber anscheinend ist das der Post egal, sonst würden die was dagegen unternehmen. One star is actually too many, you rarely see such unfriendly employees anywhere. But apparently the Post doesn't care, otherwise they would do something about it.
A	Arthur Berger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe die Mitarbeiterinnen in der Filiale mehrfach als hochgradig unhöflich und präpotent miterlebt. Ich gehe nur mehr in äußersten Notfällen zum Schalter. Fairerweise muss gesagt werden, dass es auch hier graduelle Unterschiede bei den Filialsmittarbeiterinnen gibt (deswegen 2 Sterne). Zudem sei erwähnt, dass die Postbot_innen im Gegenzug idR recht kompetent und freundlich sind. Dieser Kommentar bezieht sich nicht auf diese Mitarbeiter_innen der Post. I have repeatedly experienced the employees in the branch as extremely rude and pretentious. I only go to the counter in extreme emergencies. To be fair, it must be said that there are also gradual differences among the branch employees (hence the 2 stars). It should also be mentioned that the postmen are usually quite competent and friendly in return. This comment does not refer to these Swiss Post employees.
