L	Lisa S. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Am Donnerstag war der Zettel im Postkasten, dass ich mein Paket am selben Tag ab 16:30 abholen kann. Bei der Post sagte man mir, der Zusteller hat einen Fehler gemacht. Ich kann es erst am nächsten Tag ab 8:30 Uhr holen. Kein Problem. Ich fuhr am nächsten Tag wieder hin. Das Paket ist noch immer nicht da. Sie wissen nicht, warum der Zusteller es nicht gebracht hat. Sie melden sich am Nachmittag bei mir, wenn sie mehr wissen. Als sich um 16:30 noch immer keiner gemeldet hatte, rief ich bei der Post an. Mir wurde versichert, dass sie das sofort abklären und mich in wenigen Minuten zurück rufen. Ich solle mein Handy bei mir haben. Das war am Freitag. Bis jetzt wurde ich nicht angerufen. Heute - Montag - fuhr ich zur Post. Das Paket war zum Glück da. Der Kundenservice ist leider nicht vorhanden. Man wird nur vertröstet. Ich fände es schön, wenn die Mitarbeiter zu ihrem Wort stehen und sich melden. Mir hätte es schon geholfen, wenn sie angerufen hätten, dass ich es am Montag holen kann. On Thursday, the note in the mailbox was that I can pick up my package on the same day from 16:30. At the post office I was told that the delivery agent made a mistake. I can not get it until 8:30 the next day. No problem. I drove back the next day. The package is still not there. You do not know why the deliverer did not bring it. You will contact me in the afternoon if you know more. When no one had reported at 16:30, I called the post office. I was assured that they would clarify this immediately and call me back in a few minutes. I should have my cell phone with me. That was on Friday. Until now I have not been called. Today - Monday - I drove to the post office. The package was fortunately there. The customer service is unfortunately not available. One is only comforted. I think it would be nice if the employees stand by their word and get in touch. I would have helped, if they had called, that I can get it on Monday.

Redete in meinen Beisein mit einer kundin über das ich zehn minuten vor Mittag kam , ich hatte nur ein Paket und einen brief . Die Kundien selbst hatte 20 Briefe Aufzugeben . Aber die Bemerkung Selbständige können den ganzen Tag kommen , die hätten ja zeit . Da sieht man wie Dähmlich manche Leute sind ?? Like so many comments, a very rude staff ?? Talked to a customer in my presence that I came ten minutes before noon, I only had a package and a letter. The customers themselves had 20 letters to post. But the comment self-employed can come all day, they have time. You can see how stupid some people are ??
o	officialDEVArap on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es ist jetzt schon mindestens das 5. mal, dass ich einen gelben Zettel bekomme, da ich anscheinend nicht anzutreffen war. Stimmt nicht, war immer Zuhause und noch dazu schlägt mein Hund Alarm, wenn es bei uns läutet. Es ist einfach nur frech von dem faulen Lieferanten. Such dir einen neuen Job, du Kasperl! It is now at least the 5th time that I have received a yellow note because I apparently couldn't be found. Not true, was always at home and my dog sounds the alarm when it rings for us. It's just plain cheeky from the lazy supplier. Find a new job, you Punch!
D	Daniela S. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EXTREM UNFREUNDLICHE MITARBEITERIN !!! Es ist seit ein paar Monaten eine neue Mitarbeiterin angestellt (ältere Frau mit grauen kurzen Haaren). Diese gehört auf der Stelle gekündigt, so etwas unfreundliches habe ich noch nie erlebt und kann nicht auf Kunden losgewerden lassen. Bei JEDEM Besuch war sie eine Katastrophe, sie schreit herum wenn Leute ihre Packete in die Rückgabebox werfen. Wenn sie nicht arbeiten will, soll sie zu Hause bleiben, jeder wäre froh wenn sie weg ist. Bin seit Jahren Kunde, aber werde mir eine neue Filiale suchen !!!! EXTREMELY UNFRIENDLY EMPLOYEE !!! A new employee has been hired for a few months (older woman with gray, short hair). This should be terminated on the spot, I've never experienced anything so unfriendly and I can't get rid of customers. With EVERY visit it was a disaster, it screams when people throw their packages in the return box. If she doesn't want to work, she should stay at home, everyone would be happy when she is gone. I have been a customer for years, but I will look for a new branch !!!!
