Not very helpful staff, especially at the parcel pick-up station, only very willing to help again if you ask for help a few times ..

Gefühlt ist immer nur ein Schalter offen, egal wie viele warten...einfach nervig. If you are unlucky enough to have to pick something up here and have to go to the counter, you can expect a waiting time of 15 minutes. It feels like only one switch is open, no matter how many are waiting ... just annoying.

Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr bemüht und machen so schnell sie können aber mit nur 3 geöffneten Schaltern ist es unmöglich die Menge an kunden zügig abzufertigen! Mein Vorschlag wäre diese bank99 Bereich wegmachen und mehr Schalter und mehr Personal einstellen! You might think this is the only post office in the whole 10th! The employees all try very hard and do as quickly as they can, but with only 3 open counters it is impossible to process the number of customers quickly! My suggestion would be to get rid of this bank99 area and hire more counters and more staff!
W	Walter Sinkovc on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es ist eine wahre Zumutung! Am Nachmittag zur stark frequentierten Zeit nur ein Schalter geöffnet, eine lange Schlange von Kunden. Eine Person ordnet Briefe, eine zweite läuft planlos herum, ohne sich um die Kunden zu kümmern, wie wenn sie sich vor der Arbeit drücken würden. Warum kümmert sich die Filialleitung nicht um eine bessere Abwicklung, so blind kann doch niemand sein. It is a real impertinence! Only one counter open in the afternoon at the busy time, a long line of customers. One person sorts letters, a second walks around aimlessly, not bothering with the customers, as if they were shirking work. Why doesn't the branch management take care of better processing, nobody can be that blind.
