A	Andreas Scheucher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Völlig unzuverlässig - immer wieder Post von anderen im Kasten, immer wieder überfüllt mit Werbung (trotz großem Schriftzug "keine Werbung" am Postkasten. Zur Not wird die Post auch einfach auf den Boden geworfen.. Meine Kontoauszüge fanden sich z.B. beim Nachbarn wieder usw. usw. Dies alles trotz mehrmaligen mündlichen Beschwerden bei der Post.. Unglaublich fasst, was hier in heutigen Zeiten bei der Post noch möglich ist.. Completely unreliable - again and again mail from others in the box, overflowing with advertising (despite the large lettering "no advertising" on the mailbox.) If necessary, the post is simply thrown on the floor .. My bank statements were found e.g. at the neighbor again, etc. etc. All this despite repeated oral complaints to the post .. Unbelievable sums up what is still possible here today in the mail ..

Besonders wenn man sie mit anderen Filialen vergleicht... I live in Vienna, but I always go to the post office if I can because the employees are usually really nice! Especially if you compare them with other branches ...

Dass dem Kunden immer mehr der Services "übergeben" wird, sei dahingestellt, do it yourself statt vollem Kundenservice aber so entwickelt sich halt alles in diese Richtung. Parking too small, reception box but always impeccable and also inside, standing in line, you get a quick turn. The fact that more and more services are "handed over" to the customer is an open question, do it yourself instead of full customer service, but that's the way things are going in this direction.

Außerdem ist die Postbox defekt und es gibt keine Information ob die abholbereiten Sendungen IN der Box liegen oder in der Filiale so das sich der Kunde umsonst 40 Min anstellt. Wer Kundenfreunddlichkeit erwartet wird leider enttäuscht 4 employees present and exactly one (1) counter is busy while people are already in a queue to the entrance. In addition, the postbox is defective and there is no information as to whether the shipments ready to pick up are in the box or in the store so that the customer hangs up for free 40 minutes. If you expect customer friendliness is unfortunately disappointed
R	Roadrunner Speedy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Typischer Staatsbetrieb - große Filiale 11 wartende Kunden - 1 Angestellte. Also Service stellt man sich anders vor. Die Post bringt allen was, vor allem Wartezeit. Typical state enterprise - large branch 11 waiting customers - 1 employee. So you imagine service differently. Swiss Post brings something for everyone, especially waiting time.

Es hat -3 grad, es stürmt und schneit 4 Mitarbeiter drin, die sich gemütlich unterhalten und ein einziger Schalter der offen ist. Die Schlange ist mittlerweile solang, dass sie bis nach draussen zu den parkenden Autos führt. Es stehen Mütter mit Säuglingen und ältere Menschen in der Eiseskälte und das Pack von Angestellten schafft es nicht mal per Nachfrage einen weiteren Schalter zu öffnen, stattdessen gehts ins Lager zum weitertratschen! Was für eine bodenlose Frechheit! Nichts gegen die Zusteller, die sind sehr bemüht! Aber die Angestellten in der Filiale sind eine absolute Zumutung! Ich gehe hier bewusst nicht näher auf einzelne Mitarbeiter ein, Ihr habt Alle die selbe Moral nach dieser Aktion, ganz Wurscht ob freundlich oder nicht! I could throw up in this branch! It's -3 degrees, it storms and snows 4 employees in there, who chat comfortably and a single switch that is open. The queue is now so long that it leads outside to the parked cars. There are mothers with babies and elderly people in the freezing cold and the pack of employees does not even manage to open another counter when asked, instead they go to the warehouse to chat on! What a bottomless cheek! Nothing against the deliverers, they try very hard! But the employees in the branch are an absolute impertinence! I deliberately do not go into detail here on individual employees, you all have the same morale after this action, no matter whether friendly or not!
M	M. R. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war am 6.12.2021 in dieser Filiale, um einen Brief abzugeben. DIN A4 Kuvert mit einem Blatt Papier nach Deutschland. Der unfreundliche Herr hat mir zuerst etwas mit 7€ angeboten. Bin aus allen Socken gefallen! Als ich sagte ich zahle sicherlich keine 7€, wurde mir auf einmal 5,60€ angeboten. Selbst diese 5,60€ sind viel hoch. Eine Unverschämtheit solche Preise zu verlangen! Passt also auf, welche Preise genannt werden, denn es sind meist die Zusatzleistungen, die einfach ohne zu fragen mit verrechnet werden. Warum dazu noch alle Postmitarbeiter lustlos und unfreundlich wirken, verstehe ich einfach nicht. Der Herr der mich an diesem Tag bedient hatte, sollte mal über seinen Job nachdenken oder ggf. gleich wechseln. Mit freundlichen Grüßen an die Filialleitung dieses Standorts! I was at this branch on December 6th, 2021 to deliver a letter. A4 envelope with a sheet of paper to Germany. The unfriendly gentleman first offered me something for € 7. I fell out of my socks! When I said I would definitely not pay 7 €, I was suddenly offered € 5.60. Even this € 5.60 is a lot high. An outrage to charge such prices! So watch out which prices are mentioned, because it is usually the additional services that are simply offset without asking. I just don't understand why all the postal workers seem listless and unfriendly. The gentleman who served me that day should think about his job or, if necessary, change immediately.
