Wozu gibts die Klingel, wozu die Postboxen, wenn ich rund um die Uhr zuhause bin und trotzdem das Paket von irgendwo abholen muss? Postler doesn't even ring the bell and just writes "no one met". What is the bell for, why the postboxes, when I'm at home around the clock and still have to pick up the parcel from somewhere?

Extremely unfriendly they deal with the customer in a totally inhuman way to shame the store manager or managers who have employed such people in the sales area.

Muss man bei der Bank99 Kunde sein um in die SB reinzukommen am Wochenende? Sehr Komisch Hmmm ... Sb 0-24 open? That's how it stands. I want to pick up my package and won't go. Put my card purely illegible .. tried in every direction. Do you have to be a Bank99 customer to get into the self-service on the weekend? Very funny

Wenn man freundlich zu den Angestellten dort ist, sind sie auch sehr freundlich. Es gibt nur sehr kurze Wartezeiten und die Mitarbeiter arbeiten echt schnell. This is my main branch, so I go there a lot. The post is always a lofty request. If you are kind to the staff there, they are also very friendly. There are only very short waiting times and the employees work really quickly.

Very unfriendly, mostly a complicated construction is knitted which makes it unnecessarily expensive for the customer. Unfortunately, I live in the area, never again!
