M	M Wuko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Also für Leute die täglich 6-15 Uhr arbeiten gibt es NUR den Dienstag um Nachmittags seine Post Geschäfte abwickeln zu können, etwas sehr extrem. So for people who work every day from 6 to 15 o'clock there is ONLY the tuesday afternoon to be able to do his mail business, something very extreme.

Die übliche Postzustellerin ( eine ältere Blondine ) ignoriert den ausgemachten Abstellort, stellt Pakete in den Regen und ist zudem ziemlich muffig und des Grüßens nicht willig, absolut unzufriedenstellend :-( Die sympathische Dame am Schalter kann für ihre Kollegin nichts dafür und ist sehr freundlich & bemüht ! Nur deshalb 1 Stern anstatt NULL... Good service - unfortunately ONLY if the nice SUMMER INTERNSHIP is there ... The usual mail delivery woman (an older blonde) ignores the agreed storage location, puts packages in the rain and is also quite musty and unwilling to say hello, absolutely unsatisfactory :-( The personable lady at the counter cannot help it for her colleague and is very friendly and eager! That's just why 1 star instead of ZERO ...

Und das Personal ist offenbar inkompetent oder gleichgültig: Kunden werden beim Paketversand (mit Absicht?) nicht auf günstigere, gleichwertige Posttarife aufmerksam gemacht. So zahlte ich beim Buchversand zigfach um 3,50 EUR mehr als notwendig. Is only open at unusable times. And the staff is obviously incompetent or indifferent: customers are not made aware of cheaper, equivalent postal rates when sending packages (on purpose?). So I paid umpteen times more for the book shipping than necessary.
