M	Maria Spangl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war am 8. April 2021 in der Filiale in St Pölten im Traisenpark. Der Angestellte war alleine und bediente eine Kundschaft. Als ich an der Reihe war ging das Licht aus da bemerkte ich erst das es schon nach 12 Uhr war . Ich entschuldigte mich das ich nicht bemerkt habe das es schon so spät ist. Der Angestellte war aber sehr freundlich und machte meine Sachen ruhig und ohne genervt zu sein fertig und nahm sich auch noch Zeit für eine Frage die ich hatte. I was in the branch in St Pölten in Traisenpark on April 8, 2021. The clerk was alone, serving a clientele. When it was my turn the light went out because I only noticed that it was after 12 o'clock. I apologized for not realizing that it was so late. The employee was very friendly and finished my things calmly and without being annoyed and also took time for a question I had.

Anstatt kompetent zu Arbeiten wird hier lieber lange (ohne Maske) diskutiert, nur um dann zu erkennen dass der Fehler beim Personal lag. Einsicht oder Entschuldigung gab es nicht. Zudem werden generelle Corona Regeln häufig ignoriert. Bis auf den Desinfektionsspender mit Seifenflüssigkeit am Eingang keine Möglichkeit sich selbst und Andere zu schützen. Das alte Personal war immer freundlich und zuvorkommend, aber seit dem Personalwechsel würde ich lieber mit einer Maschine alle Angelegenheiten regeln, weil die einen wenigstens nicht anschnauzt und nicht Gott und die Welt infiziert. Ich hätte mir nur eine höfliche Anrede und kompetente Bearbeitung meines Anliegens gewünscht... Schade :( Terribly incompetent staff! Instead of working competently, it is preferred to have long discussions (without a mask) only to then recognize that the fault was with the staff. There was no insight or apology. In addition, general corona rules are often ignored. Except for the disinfectant dispenser with soapy liquid at the entrance, there is no way to protect yourself and others. The old staff was always friendly and courteous, but since the change in staff I would rather manage all matters with a machine, because at least one of them doesn't bawl at you and doesn't infect God and the world. I would only have liked a polite salutation and competent handling of my request ... A pity :(
M	Martina Berti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kann nichts Negatives sagen. Waren heute zum ersten Mal nur kurz drin um Geld zu wechseln für die Kinder-Spiele-Automaten draußen vor der Tür. Die Dame wechselte problemlos, was in Corona-Zeiten auch nicht überall selbstverständlich ist. Ansonsten kleines, helles, freundliches Geschäft. Can't say anything negative. Were only there for a short time for the first time to change money for the children's games machines outside the door. The lady changed without any problems, which is not always a matter of course in Corona times. Otherwise small, bright, friendly business.
