Wartezeit 35 min ;( Nachdem beim Paketautomat das Band leer war (ich hatte bereits bezahlt), schaffte ich es mit Mühe nach ewigem hin und her dann meine 3 Pakete zu versenden. Finde das nicht in Ordnung und dafür kam nicht mal ein “Entschuldigung" Catastrophe... Der Unmut der Kunden ist nur darauf zurückzuführen Wenn man eine Beratung braucht, sind die MA richtig überfordert. Employees are completely unmotivated, no expertise. Wo ich aber im Internet geschaut und abgemessen hab das es passt prio s. Ich finde es nur eine Frechheit. Weil da hätte ich es über Internet auch machen können und jetzt ich nur 3,90€bezahlt und nicht 4,20€. Die Briefe hätte nur 2,70 in der Postfiale gekostet. Frechheit ? You pay again and again.
