Ich habe meine Schuhe am Dienstag hergebracht und er hat mir gesagt das es zwei Tage dauern wird bist es fertig ist und gar nichts war fertig musste 30 km herfahren und um sonst. Und hat mir die Schuhe unrepariert zurück gegeben, weil er es nicht mehr reparieren möchte, weil er zuviel Arbeit hat. Also sehr unprofessionell und sehr unfreundlich. Very unfriendly and immediately feels annoyed when you talk to him. I brought my shoes here on Tuesday and he told me that it would take two days until it was finished and nothing was finished I had to drive 30 km here and for anything else. And he gave me the shoes back unrepaired because he no longer repaired them want because he has too much work. So very unprofessional and very rude.

Wollte ihm Trinkgeld geben, hat er nicht angenommen, mit den Worten, dass jeder sparen muss. Außerdem waren sie ruck-zuck fertig. TOP! Extremely nice and personable gentleman, I can only recommend. C	Cindy H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An Ihrer Stelle würde ich nachdenken, bevor Sie jemanden grundlos anpöbeln und mehr oder weniger vom Geschäft verweisen. Meine Eltern sind schon in die Jahre gekommen und brauchen täglich Hilfe im Haus, Garten und Fahrten. Jetzt brauchte meine Mama einen Schlüssel ersetzt und wollte eben diesen Schlüssel an einem bestimmten Nachmittag weil Sie gesagt haben, dass er genau dann fertig ist. Also nahm ich mir von der Arbeit frei und ich fuhr sie die 30 km hin. Schlussendlich erklärten Sie lässig, dass wir nochmals kommen sollten und dann halt auf einen Kaffee in der Wartezeit gehen sollen weil der Schlüssel nicht so leicht zu bekommen ist..und weil ich mich nicht darüber gefreut habe, wurde ich nicht sehr freundlich verwiesen. Gott sei Dank gibt es die Firma Landsteiner und die Sache war in 20 Minuten erledigt. If I were you, I'd think before you start swearing at someone for no reason and pretty much throw them out of business. My parents are getting on in years and need daily help around the house, garden and trips. Now my mom needed a key replaced and wanted that very key on a certain afternoon because you said it would be ready then. So I took time off from work and I drove her the 30km there. Finally they nonchalantly explained that we should come back and then go and have a coffee while waiting because the key is not that easy to get...and because I wasn't happy about it, I wasn't referred very kindly. Thank God there is the Landsteiner company and the matter was settled in 20 minutes.
