T	Thomas Edison on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr freundliches Personal, speziell der eine Herr dessen Name ich nicht kenne und auch nennen möchte. Dieser hat mir schon mehrmals bei der Paket Rückgabe etc. geholfen. Bin schon einige Jahre in Gleisdorf und besuche die Filiale gelegentlich. Ich kann die anderen Rezession (Tadel) nicht teilen und kann sie auch nicht nachvollziehen. Und nein ich habe keinen Bekannten der hier arbeitet bzw. auch keinen Bezug zur Post. Very friendly staff, especially the one gentleman whose name I do not know and would like to call. This has helped me several times in the package return, etc. Have been a few years in Gleisdorf and visit the store occasionally. I can not share the other recession (rebuke) and I can not understand. And no I have no acquaintance working here or no relation to the post office.
D	David Trummer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfreundlicher geht's kaum... Respektvoller Umgang mit dem Kunden fehlanzeige. Würde 0 Sterne geben wenn es möglich wäre. Wollte ein Paket abholen dann wollte sie es mir nicht geben weil der unterbelichtete Zusteller weder meine Adresse noch meinen Namen sondern den vom Absender drauf schrieb ? Naja nach langen hin und her gab sie mir es ja doch noch, naja wie man es nennen mag, nach 5 Minuten kam sie vom nebenraum mit meinem Paket aber sie hatte es weder in den Händen noch auf einem Wagen für sperrige oder schwere pakete, nein sie kickte es einfach auf mich zu wie einen Fussball mit den Worten "do liegt's tschüss" ? F*e Naja hab mir dann gleich eine Abstellgenehmigung besorgt das ich in die dreksbude niemehr hin muss. Naja gut gemeint von der Post aber schlechte Umsetzung. Was hilft eine Abstellgenehmigung mit "vor die Türe hinstellen" wenn die Faule so von Zusteller sich nicht mal die Mühe macht bis zur Türe zu gehen. Naja so bleibt mir nix über als wieder und wieder mit den unfreundlichen Leuten dort zu reden. Unfriendly is hardly possible ... Respectful dealing with the customer fails. Would give 0 stars if it were possible. Wanted to pick up a package then she did not want to give it to me because the underexposed deliverer neither my address nor my name but the sender wrote on it ? Well after long back and forth she gave it to me, well, as you may call it, after 5 minutes she came from the next room with my package but she had it either in the hands or on a car for bulky or heavy packages, no she just kicked it at me like a football saying "do it bye" ? f * e Well got me then a parking permit worried that I have to go to the dreksbude hell no. Well well meant by the post office but bad implementation. What helps a parking permit with "put in front of the door" if the lazy so of deliverers does not even bother to go to the door. Well, that leaves me nothing to talk about over and over again with the unfriendly people there.
P	Peter Stöckl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe eine Abstellgenehmigung-trotzdem wird nicht mal geklingelt und die nehmen das Paket wieder mit. Letztens hab ich den Typ sogar auf der Treppe zu uns erwischt und freundlich begrüßt und darauf hingewiesen dass er alles da lassen kann...nicht gewirkt ? I have a parking permit, but the doorbell doesn't even ring and they take the package back with them. Lately I even caught the guy on the stairs and greeted us in a friendly manner and pointed out that he can leave everything there ... not effective ?
A	Alois Fuchs on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Zugang zum Paketautomaten ist nur mit Karte möglich. Leider findet man vor Ort keine Informationen dazu, sodass man einfach suchen und raten muss!!! Bitte macht dafür einen Hinweis im Eingangsbereich! Finde die Idee für die Automatische Paketannahme sehr gut! Allerdings funktioniert es nur sehr dürftig. Die Barcodes werden sehr scheschecht gelesen! Wenn mir nicht zufällig bei gesagt hätte, dass ich andere Barcodes auf original Rücksendeediketten zuhalten muss (echt jetzt???) damit man überhaupt eine Chance hat ein Paket aufzugeben... Ohne Worte!!! Weiters ist der Wandschalter für den Paketeinwurf "nicht ideal" positioniert. Habe teilweise 3! Versuche benötigt, damit erkannt wurde, dass die Tür geschlossen ist... Ebenfalls finde ich es nicht verständlich, dass ein Beleg manuell angefordert werden muss. Anscheinend gilt die Belegserteilungspflicht hier nicht??? Sorry, aber das kann deutlich besser gelöst werden! Access to the parcel machine is only possible with a card. Unfortunately there is no information on site, so you just have to search and guess !!! Please make a note in the entrance area! Find the idea for automatic parcel acceptance very well! However, it works very poorly. The barcodes are read very scheschecht! If I hadn't accidentally told me that I have to hold other barcodes on original return labels (really now ???) so that you even have a chance to post a package ... Without words! Furthermore, the wall switch for the package insertion is "not ideal". Partly have 3! Trials needed to recognize that the door is closed ... I also find it incomprehensible that a document must be requested manually. Apparently the obligation to provide evidence does not apply here ??? Sorry, but this can be solved much better!
K	Kerstin F on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr unfreundliches Personal. Keiner schafft es zu Lachen und freundlich zu schauen. Wenn man den Selbstbedienungsautomaten nicht benutzt, wird man gleich angemacht, dabei kann dieser die meiste Zeit den Strichcode nicht lesen. Zudem sind die Öffnungszeiten für Normalsterbliche Arbeiter unzumutbar, da man meist selbst in der Arbeit sitzt. Gerade über die Mittagszeit, wo viele Zeit hätten, sollte die Postfiliale geöffnet haben bzw. Abends bis 18:00 Uhr, sodass man ohne Hektik noch hinfahren kann. Very unfriendly staff. Nobody manages to laugh and look friendly. If one does not use the self-service machine, one is turned on the same, this can not read most of the time the bar code. In addition, the opening hours for normal mortal workers are unreasonable, because you usually sit even at work. Especially at lunchtime, where there would be plenty of time, the post office should have opened, and evening until 18:00 o'clock, so that you can still drive without hassle.

Da ist ein Paket mit wichtigen Inhalt seit über einem Monat abgegeben und es wird nur von verteilerzentrum zum nächsten geschickt. Seit 2 Wochen steht es nun still mit dauermeldung in Verteilung. Auf erste nachfrage heißt es das Paket ist am Ziel angekommen (Deutschland) nach zweiter anfrage heißt es,es ist in verteilung! Auf anfrage nach einer Nachforschung oder rückholung heißt es das sei zu früh! Ein monat verschollen und es ist zu früh zum nachforschen? Dan will einem der Filialleiter noch einreden es ist ja unterwegs obwohl auf seinem Bildschirm nichts angezeigt wird! Ja leute, wenn wollt ihr verarschen? Ihr bietet eine Dienstleistung an,bekommt auch geld dafür und Service null. Nie mehr wird die post für wichige Sendungen genutzt,da wird man belogen,Kundenservice null. Ihr seit top in werbung verteilen aber wenns wirklich wichtig ist dann lieber NICHT mit der post Such poor customer service is probably only found in this Post branch. A package with important content has been handed in for over a month and it is only sent from the distribution center to the next. For 2 weeks it has been standing still with permanent reports in distribution. On the first request it says the package has arrived at its destination (Germany) on the second request it is said it is being distributed! When asked for an investigation or retrieval, it means that it is too early! Lost a month and it's too early to investigate? Dan wants to persuade one of the branch managers that it is on the way even though nothing is displayed on his screen! Yes guys, who are you kidding? You offer a service, get money for it and service zero. Post is no longer used for important consignments, you are lied to, customer service is zero. You are at the top in advertising but if it is really important then it is better NOT by post
J	Julia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die bereits abgegebenen Rezessionen wundern mich nicht - ein derart schlechtes und unhöfliches Personal habe ich lange nicht gesehen. Die Leitung der Poststelle sollte über die Wahl ihres Personals nachdenken. Wenn man sich die Arbeitslosenzahlen in Österreich und die derzeitige Lage ansieht, sollte wirklich jeder froh sein, einen Job zu haben. Diese Unfreundlichkeit ist wirklich unglaublich. Sprachlos! Ich werde diese Postfiliale definitiv nicht mehr betreten. The recessions that have already been submitted do not surprise me - I have not seen such bad and impolite staff for a long time. The management of the post office should think about the choice of their staff. If you look at the unemployment figures in Austria and the current situation, everyone should really be happy to have a job. This rudeness is really incredible. Speechless! I will definitely not enter this post office again.
J	Jasmin Fink on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Briefträger klingelt nicht wenn er Pakete bringt, schmeißt einfach einen Zettel in den Briefkasten, obwohl ich zuhause bin, dann soll ich extra zur Post fahren das Paket holen...! Für was fülle ich den Zettel Abstellgenehmigung dann 2 x aus, wenn das nicht funktioniert.... Und wenn mal was vor der Haustür steht, ist es stark beschädigt! The postman doesn't ring when he brings parcels, just throws a note in the mailbox, even though I'm at home, then I should drive to the post office to pick up the parcel ...! For what should I fill out the deposit permit sheet twice if that doesn't work ... And if something is on the doorstep, it is badly damaged!
